This Rooftop DJ set is a journey through unreleased music from FJAAK’s label mates from Spandau20 and of course themselves.
From Techno, to Rave, to Breaks and Electro: This is a journey through not only multiple genres, but also through different moods, and energies.
This mix mostly consists of upcoming tracks, but also jams that might not be released at all.

I ve studied classical music and I am a connoisseur. And it is only because these guys once learned musical instruments themselves that today they can create such exquisite musicality in techno. Whereas most mixers are spackos and just try out with machines what MIGHT sound good. True competence , however, is never surpassed. Fjaak thrives with energy and bounce. Great!

Fjaak is just one of the few dj's/dj dou's that have a sound that is unique just to them. When someone is putting on a Set from Fjaak there is some immediate recognition going on. I know it might be due to them playing a lot of their own tracks but i Still think you dont get this a lot in the Techno/House world

For me they just sound way too mainstream - so quite the opposite of your opinion. I dont know how much music and what kind of music you have listened to, but this here is defintely nothing special in the whole scene. And i'm well known to have a very weird and special taste in things like music, by my friends and family.

20/25 years ago every DJ had “their sound”. You could tell a Sasha set, Oakenfold, Carl Cox, PvD etc. Now it’s much harder to know who you’re listening to.
