How did you find the sizing to be? I'm 5'7 at 180 lbs and i went for the size small as well since people have said that this jacket runs big.

Hi Ryan, that's very astute! Yes, Fjallraven made some tweaks to the jacket, but overall the function and quality of the jacket remains unchanged. Primarily, the presence of the arm pocket is a personal preference, and elasticity of some of the drawcords add some flexibility for comfort when moving. Overall, we find the G-1000 fabrics with reinforcements, down fill, removable fur trim, and plentiful pockets to serve up the same performance and experience as the former model. As mentioned though, some of those minor features are of a personal preference and will vary from user to user.

Hi Daniel, We would expect your size to remain the same for this years model. However, we would recommend consulting the size chart just confirm the measurements.

I wear mine in northern Alaska below -20f with only a tshirt underneath and with a wool sweater I have been warm at -40f
