why is this the coolest live show i've ever seen? everyone with headphones so they can get the full spectrum of everything he is doing and just sitting down enjoying it. no one is talking over the music or trying to get that perfect video to show people they're at a concert. just music and people completely immersed in it. this is so perfect to me
This is literally my dream concert...Everyone just paying attention to the artist and the music, not even a single person using their phone, so nice to see that this kind of people still exist
They are doing it professionally in collaboration with FKJ rather than paying for a ticket just to hold a phone in front of their face the whole time lol
i was highly depressed for 2 years. With some breaks in between. I quit my job, took 1 year of to find myself and to calm my mind from everything. I isolated myself from everyone and listenedd to fkj every morning and i would go and eat in peace with his music on. Now im 24 and after 6 years i found a wonderful girl. She is 25 and just amazin. While having our second date we both sat in front of the window at 2 am and fkj played in the background. Your music calms my soul fkj, i don´t know how else i could describe it. Much love
My best friend showed me FKJ in 2017, 2 years before she passed away. every time I hear his music I feel like she's here again. He is gifted beyond words! What an honor it is to get to experience FKj's artistry.
I am so sorry for your loss. Hope you are living a good life right now, enjoy your time with the people you love the most. Stay away from negative people/things and do things you love.
sending Love and blessings your way. I know what the feeling is like to lose a best friend and music that makes you think of them is one of the more beautiful feelings. Treasure it and her through Him, hes a blessed soul- maybe tell him someday when u meet after a show. Peace and Love friend
When everything seemed to fall out of place, i came across this beautiful peace of art, whoever introduced me to FKJ has done their part in life, this sound in itself is medicine for the soul, am so grateful.
Best music for quarantine. The world will be a better place soon, stay strong brothers and sisters. Edit : Thank you all for the likes. I appreciate you all.
Making it right in front of us. I love him so much. FKJ FOREVER. Another vibe like Tadow. Still listening to this and it's December 18, 2023. Keep em coming baby
One of my close friends and I found out about FKJ from our neighbor. Since that day we became his fans. Unfortunately, that friend passed away in a car accident last week. I am playing this specific piece in his memory since he enjoyed this session a lot. RIP Anuj🕊🕊🕊 Keep_Roling 🤟🏼
Seeing FKJ live was one of the best experiences of my life. He took me on a trip through all my happy and nostalgic emotions, I love him so much. Thanks for your art Vincent.
It's because fans of other music are out for eachother. People who listen to stuff like this are open minded or eclectic. Which I'm eclectic, I take a piece from every genre. I'm glad I found this video because there are like minds in the comments plus this dude is just straight ripping it up.
I've played A LOT of live shows for relatively big crowds (with bands, solo/looping, the works) but the caliber of this man's talent, uniqueness, and damn near sonic perfection to what he's crafted into this niche, all honestly, has me just floored...this is so much more than just a live show...what i just saw and heard was truly just a beautiful experience. loss for words
we live in the fucking future man. but somehow I always feel like tech brings us all that stuff we imagined in the future but we also realise that a lot of tech has its bad sides. and I think music should be something people do together.
interesting and fascinating to see how everybody is wearing headphones, no chatting, no talking to others around... all just immersed completely into music!
@@amy10006 nah we still need one place to gather the ppl like that to see how we share music at the same time. It's a different form of music festival :)
It is due to them playing in a museum, they likely couldn't setup the speakers or be loud in general. So went with a sort of silent disco (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silent_disco).
It’s called a Silent Disco, and they are a lot of fun, some clubs will do this and people can tune into the channels others are listening to (which is noted by the color their headphones glow).
I think they were on a different planet than us if you know what I mean. Not 1 phone whatsoever. People actually living in the moment. That can't be Earth! ;)
I never knew how much i needed your music until I meet your music.... I suffer with Dislexic and concentration and every time I play your music I am able to focus and complete the task.... I love you in spirit
This is pure art, pure God given talent. This music is so smooth and peaceful. Baby, this melts my spirit into a space and time where words are not needed to communicate. Just feel the vibes and float away into pure ecstasy. SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL!
I watched this on 2 hits of some hella strong acid a few years ago and the background was so bright and vivid and I couldn't make out what I was seeing. Just now coming back to it
Found this guy about a year ago during the height of the pandemic. Best musical find I’ve ever had. Cleaning music. Chill music. Car music. He nails it all. All I play for my son in the car.
It's not just his music that makes him great. This guy's energy is so high! You can feel it in the melody. When I listen to this guy's music it resonates with my soul and genuinely makes me feel great. Real soul music right here respect.
I first watched this performance in 2018 and I've been back every year since wishing I could see him live. And now I'm a week away from seeing him perform live in Jhb and it's a surreal feeling revisiting this video this year.
Great to see how many people really listen to music...Feeling music and being able to enjoy every aspect of it; the melody, composition and message is a blessing y'all. This video was pure medicine for the soul as mentioned by many others already. Stay blessed and healthy everyone
Yes both are them are musical geniuses. Tadow was the first song I heard from either of them and I was instantly hooked. Their music is on another lever and it’s sad that most people will never hear them.
I used to this in the morning for my fourth graders during Covid and I taught virtually. My favorite start to the day. Even the parents said they enjoyed the music.
Must be the luckiest 50 people on earth at the time.... Seeing this go down LIVE. What an Artist. He's simply amazing! I said some words, but really; i have NO words...Legendary stuff....*Mezmorized*
I woke up. Listen to this. Now I’m back in love with my journey. We have bumps in the road. Ladies and gentlemen, this music cures all. Let’s hug immensely today. Let the world feel our positive vibes. One love .
This video was the first time I heard FKJ and it literally changed my life. This is one of my favorite sets by him. I have had the pleasure of seeing him live at the mission ballroom in Denver Colorado and he is absolutely amazing live, just like here. Super great artist. Can't wait to have the opportunity to see him again. Highly recommend catching a show if he is anywhere near you while he is in the states. You will not be disappointed.
You felt it too right🙏🏾 for me it felt like it awoke me to something, very deeply, my senses are very sensitive as are my nerves but the vibrations coming from the sax were so strong it was so deeep I can’t even describe it.
Listening from New Mexico and loving the jams all day every day. He really bright jazz back and the best thing is I get to see him tomorrow in Colorado!!! One in a million and can’t wait…
A new listener to FKJ and when I tell you am hook I mean am hook. Every vacation I go on i have to play this then next in line is Tadow, I just can't help it, like my whole mood change instant. literally lost in his music with every beats, just melted away and let his music take me wherever. very very talented I can say
I'm studying for my engineering exams and this mix is such a great help man, helps for the long nights Much love from Belgium and good luck to fellow students around the world, stay strong guys 👊
I’ve listened to this hundreds of times over the past few months and I can say with absolute assurance, this is the first time I noticed people in the paintings. So engrossed with what I’m hearing and what I’m feeling I never gave it a close look.
I watch this when times get rough. The emotional rollercoaster this masterpiece takes me on reminds me everything will be ok. I think it's perfect, thank you
Just discovered this guy today. What a talented person. I am just in awe every time I see him play. Even if the song starts off soft and I'm beginning to lose interest, he just picks up that Sax or that bass and just goes to town. And the way he plays the piano? So amazing. The timing is unreal with this guy. Seriously an understated and underrated musician.
I agree. However. I wouldn’t say he is underrated. 40 million views on this clip alone. And he’s got some 400 million on that other video. In this genre. He’s is the master. And I would say he touches a lot of souls world wide.
My daughter turned me on to him two years ago and he just keeps getting better and better. This cut is a serious chill cut but I fell in love with that “Tadow”
It depends on what you make of it. I mean it obviously already exists. If you want it, do what is needed to achieve it. Exploring the artist scene in real life helps alot and brings joy. You should try it.
