Is the coverage 100% sometimes i get black specks of unfoiled area that expose the toner with my minc machine. Also which printer do you use ?

It's printed by Konica Minolta. This type of machine is usually used for simple print design like lines and small area of toner and for sampling. The temperature and speed are the key. And the toner quality is also important.

Hello What about the print before foiling? Is it digital or offset or some kind of special ink?

Hello Mamids, the paper has to be printed by toner, laser printer. So that after the printed paper is heated up, toner will melt and foil will stick onto the toner area only.

@@Mamids is it special toner foil. The foil has to react to toner. The foil can cover the UV varnish area before UV gets complete dry.
