Great look, any info on the flagstone product you used here? More uniform in color and not as jagged - looks great, I enjoy your videos!

Hey it’s a basalt product, it is formed in columns so you get a nice rounder edge, and they cut it down and texture it, so the thicknesses are very uniform which is great.

What is the prep for this? How far do you dig to start the base prep and how much of it did you use? how many inches of mortar roughly did you use?

Hey! 5-6” of compacted roadbase. (On non-organic load bearing soil) then 1.5-2” mortar bed. Let me know if you need any other details! I have a flagstone online course as well if you are interested
