Nice, nice result, but... what about the grind size? Is it the finest, till the coffee is like a kind of fine dust that sticks a little to your fingers?
I haven't actually taken the plunge yet, but was thinking I would start with flair and bellman. Have you actually used the bellman? I would like to figure out which flair to start with :) TY for the show today
I just got my Flair and am having the darndest time getting it to work. The weird thing is I’m measuring out 15g but when it’s ground it overfills the portfafilter about double, so it’s almost filling the funnel too. How does 15g of coffee do that?
This reply to you is 3 years or more late but I just got the new version of the Neo and the answer is grind size. You are (or were) too coarse. After you find the right grind size all the problems wash away and really nice espresso flows in.
Hoon stop messing around with those Breville toaster grade appliances. I would much rather see reviews on say the Rocket Appartamento which is the recommended step up for espresso machines
