Pronunciation was not as bad as you made it out. The "ch" part should sound like you're choking up a ball of fur, so to speak...the rest was pretty good.

In this case, it is the softer way of pronouncing "ch". Unlike the harder version like in the word "brachen".

Only the V should be pronounced as an F Basically it's a different spelling but almost the same pronounciation as the Swedish verb Försök (to try) So direct translation to English from german: Trials AA carriage. Translation Ger->Swe: FörsöksLvKv (FörsöksLuftvärnsKanonVagn)

Not sure if you dound this out yet, but the 7 sec reload is when it's buttoned up like that. If you take off the extra armor thing in the mods, it lowers those flaps and then you can get around a 5 second reload

The “no armor is best armor” has a bit of historical truth lol. Although during a naval battle, there was an instance where the Japanese misidentified US destroyers and such as heavier ships, and so they kept shooting AP straight through them. It took them quite some time to realize what they were actually up against, and they finally switched to HE. Battle of Samar I think (watched the Drachinifel episode on it)

It's not a tank destroyer. It's an AA vehicle. The 88 mm cannon was used to destroy planes as well as tanks. That's why it has so much gun elevation.

Putting up the side armor adds about 2.6 seconds to it's reload. It's mobility sure beats the other TD's in it's line, even more mobile than the Nashorn and Waffentrager.

In german V is usually pronounced like an F, Versuchs sounds somewhat like Fersoohs in english(missing the ch sound tho)

3:20 - Very good Phly! You pronounced it almost perfect. Phonetically, in English (or 'Murican), it's pronounced "VersooksFlockVagen". Take this as you like, but your German is now almost as good as your English.

The sides and rear shields should be made to fold outwards by pressing a button. That should make the gun fully traversable.

In the modification, you can select to a fully opened fighting compartment, that helps you reduce the reloading time to 5 seconds flat.(with/o fully trained crew members)

The only usefulness of VFW is holding choke point and doing fire support which every other tanks can do so it doesnt count. I guess nothing could replace waffentrager, it was flat, it has great scope zooming value, it has turret, it has gun, and it's 5.7

Versuchsflakwagen literally means: Attempt/ Try Flight defense vehicle/ wagon (Anti-air) So its an attempt at a driving Flak/ AA fort

In your videos when you're showing off the tanks in the garage at the start could you regularly show the X-Ray view for 10-15 seconds? It's always nice to see how the guts are laid out. Was happy to see it here at the end, but it would be nice to see it on all of them. Good stuff as usual.

@PhlyDaily When the side skirts are UP on the VFW the reload time is increased by 1.6 seconds , it gives the crew some protection if they are up but a 1.6 second reload increase is pretty significant

Reload is bugged for most German tanks. It shows that reload skill wont affect vehicles with autoloader on the Leopard 1 for example

the VFW was meant for heavy AA with HE shells, therefore YOU MUST use it as an AA (or TD) and only bring HE shells
