This shows Flakko's ignorance/immaturity. There was no money or bag to get in the very beginning of hip hop. Their efforts paved a way for industries and big money to get involved. You can't just go "get a bag" in Celtic Folk Music, cuz there ain't a bag to get. People would have to get that shit poppin over the next 20-30 years to see the same money. LL was saying to salute the people that didn't get to prosper from their hard work. It ain't hard bro.
@@nathanhector1985 neither is ak he came in 01 he not from the soil he didn’t grow up as a baby around it so his love not the same for hip hop culture he might think it is but it’s not if you don’t respect those before u
@@fvckinfool101 lmaoooo he could get off the damn computer and work out, zero excuses....I was 240 last years and now I'm 175 cuz I put in the work and I got a slow metabolism so I gain/hold weight hella easy
Flakko needs to admit that he's formatting his content in a fashion far too similar to DJ Akademiks, and the downside is that he already has the spotlight on him while he's in his "imitation" phase, which is bad. Most people get discovered years after their imitation phase.
@@cortezttd6225 that’s it exactly. Flakko is nothing more than a knockoff Ak. Typical Adam showing he don’t care how bad Flakko makes the brand look as long as he gets clicks on videos.
Flacko is a fan of akademiks he’s gonna become probably the biggest out of no jumper. For some reason I think he is that shit similar to how thug use to sound so much like Wayne until he bacame himself and thug is a whole different entity in rap.
It’s unfortunate that Flakko is the only one who seem to watch AK entire interview, both AK’s rant and the breakfast club interview. Y’all are doing exactly what y’all complain about joe button. You are responding to clips and not watching the entire interview. AK never mentioned LL in his initial rant. LL just chose to respond. I wish you all had time to watch the entire context to have an informed opinion. All love.
If I heard a video playing in the other room and wasn’t able to see who it actually was, I wouldn’t be able to tell you whether it was AK or Flakko I was hearing
Smh it's so terrible how these guys talk bad about the people who started hip hop smh that's like saying slaves shouldn't be down bad because they was picking cotton first we all know most guys who started hip hop were poor, alot of these guys got manipulated out of their art so it's hard to talk down about these guys
FLAKKO LAME AF!!! You want to be akademiks so bad smh, & 2 those hip hop legends/Pioneers are pioneers because of the talent and originality they brought to the game!! NOT ABOUT NO MONEY. Yall respect money way too much I hate this new generation mindset 🤦🏾♂️
I know a lot of rappers get robbed in Cali , it’s because majority of them live there. Just imagine if all of them lived in Florida it would be a lot of robbery’s too. But LA is a place where all rappers and money getters want to move too so that’s why a lot of robberies happen . It’s the world we living in , not everyone got money and when they see that flashy shit just know the lions hungry for it
As he tried to deny being like ak it’s wild to really see him wether he know it or not deadass imitate ak hand movements and even the way he talk not even just the lingo but the flow in which AK talk in
Flakko is confused af. A lot of hte older generation that hates on your generation of artists hate on them for the same reasons you hate on your own generation. They tell on themselves in their raps and clout chase on the internet. You actually agree with the older generation Flakko.
@@tevinstvalle8704 exactly. So what's the problem? Lol ak wants ppl to comment about him. Let ppl talk their shit. And u can defend him and look like a clown in the comments 😂
You guys gotta be 20. Dre, Snoop, Ice Cube, all contributed early on and still successful. You also have to take into consideration the contracts older artists were in. Master P, another og, not only mentors the youth, but also changed how hiphop/rap artists did business. Snoop even said he didnt see real money until he got to No Limit. The artists back then were generating the money for the machine and getting very little out of it. Ownership, thats what they taught the new generation. It cost them their lives work in a lot of cases. Without them, the rappers today wouldn't be able to touch the money they are seeing today. Even though most still dont have their business in order and end up in 360s. Smh
Flakko do need to establish his own sh!t and come into his own he has the potential to really blow but it’s gotten old to just to see a chat n!gag on camera an ak don’t really stutter lol
No business inspiration from Old School West Coast rappers?…… Dre: Produced everyone, Beats by Dre, Super Bowl Headliner, BILLIONAIRE. Snoop: Snoops on everything period. Ice Cube: At least 30 movies, Big 3, he’s on CNN, FOX, and ESPN commentating. Ice T: Been on Law and Order for like 20 years, movies, now he’s doing Tide commercials with Stone Cold. And he married Coco. I say all that to say, T-Rell sounds stupid.
he either has no self awareness or he just can’t admit that he stole akademics personality. not a little bit but THE WHOLE FLOW! WORD FOR WORD! BAR FOR BAR! his lingo to the cadence, it’s scary……. honestly all his takes and opinions are taken from somewhere else. he does it so obvious too lol…
Respect to all the guys on the panel but hip Hop wasn't start on the premises of people getting rich there was not a concept of quote on quote the bag it was a bunch of young kids living a lifestyle so as far as reaping benefits it wasn't even thought of just as if you're in the streets are predecessors were just doing what they was doing They weren't thinking about the outcome we as generations bonded from what was reap the benefits of what was put in before us so for us to dismiss the generations before us just because they don't have money based on what the organization turned out to be is blasphemy and I'm sure Tyrell can understand that forgive me if I misspelled your name bro but I come from the streets and I've benefit from what a lot of older dudes did before my time and they don't get the glory for it as they should and as far as hip hop is concerned the West Coast came in on the back end of things after hip hop was already established in any other genre in hip hop so the disrespect these dudes that came before us is asking for people after us to give us the same disrespect it's like calling out Malcolm x and Martin Luther King it's asinine and disrespectful I don't care what generation you come from after the originals you must pay how much were homages do if you follow the same lifestyle hip hop did not start in the '90s and it did not start with gangster rap The problem is a lot of people get into organizations and things willy-nilly and don't do their homework of where it comes from hip hop is actually an ancestral black round for black people in America African American history African Americans or the only people in this world that have no history besides rhythm and blues and hip hop know where you come from before you disrespect your predecessors cuz all that's going to happen is the ones after you will develop the same mind state everything in about money and being flashy especially when in the beginning there was no bag to be had it was a bunch of little kids living a lifestyle that later on people flourished off of
Bro ina middle made a real big point I was hoping yall was gon discuss at the end. California aint never been flashy we traditionally split all our dough wit our mud brothas and say fuck the flashyness! Maybe cop a rollie chain or a rope but thass about it.02 baby still keepin it G. Also ice cube really got DOUGH just dont flash it.
Don’t compare hip hop to other genres of music bro. Hip hop is the only genre that has essentially has gangbangers, diss tracks, talk about shooting up people. It’s a different type of energy. Hip hop, country, rock, edm fall under the same general category as fruits. But you comparing apples to tomatoes right now.
I never write comments but this dude Flakko does not need to speak… he does not know what he’s talking about ever… he said the older generation of Hip Hop doesn’t support the younger generation. 🤔 go back and listen to what LL said… Flakko is the horrible version of Akademiks.
Tbh. I’m agreeing with AK but on the lingo. That typa lingo is hella old . No offense but every black homie I have literally says that shi due to the havin old school ass family . But nah the formula we gotta give AK his flowers
No jumper stop talking about the same shit💯Like it seems like y’all want views off of talking about flakko or comparing him to another grown man sounds weird🥵
I commend ole boy for speaking his mind but its all "persona" in my opinion, it generates views, but i dnt blame him, cuz we gotta work if we wanna eat
Nothing wrong emulating your role model before finding your own path. Flakko has more range than anyone on this channel excluding Adam. Funny to see his coworkers always hating and trying to clown him. He will end up way more successful than all of them.
No one embraces the youth because you guys are all talking about bullshit and your music nothing that comes out has substance the ones that do come out and have something to say or embraced just pay attention that’s why the career expectancy of a rapper these days is like 18 months
I genuinely don't understand the appeal of Flakko. He is not a good conversationalist. He says the most dense shit in interviews and panel discussions.
Nbs i never fucked w flakko since he got added to the team. But now after this, i legit cant unsee it lmaooo dude is legit the great value version of Ak
