I remember when I first discovered Lofi watching Samurai Champloo back in 2012. Nujabes got me hooked on to LoFi. I remember spending so many nights listening to this track (among others) while hanging out with who I thought would be the love of my life. She was definitely a vibe but things don't always work out the way you want it to and that's okay. I still think about her from time to time when I turn this on. Definitely miss them good 'ol days before life got so busy.

Burned a mixtape of “the Hits” back in the mid 2010s Internet Moms, Football Head, Private Cellar, Cherry Pepsi, Getting Close to You, Beach Walk, Enjoy Yourself, Mac Tonight, Sunday School, Macintosh Plus 420, Better, Startup, etc. even though i can’t always make out the lyrics- i feel them by heart those tracks got me through some pretty lonely late night drives home after getting totally zooted at a friends place or a late night gaming session, got me through High School my first couple jobs and now- It’s 5am and I feel like I’m not the same dumb kid, i mean in some ways i still am a dumb adult but I’ve changed, for the better? Who knows- who cares right?
In our class we had a vote on best artists and my friends and I got flamingosis in there. Nobody believed he was real until the teacher played this song in class. We got third place. Degenerates put 21 pilots in number one.
