This is a very specific flare guide. very sorry for the poor quality i dug this out of some very old footage for my friend Hector of floor lords, - il make a clear one soon, but hope this is helpful for now.. peace
thanks bro. and good idea, il get on it as soon as my knee has healed, - its pretty easy bro, its just like a flare but because you are on elbows there is not as much room for swing, so you use more muscle strength to get you through, slower.
