Flarestorm resides at the Blue Flame Incinerator connected to the Garden of the Dead. To access his room, players will need to do a quest to get the Incinerator Key.

Flarestorm skill rotation will begin by Pressure Wave, and follow it with Shroud of Ash. In Hard Mode, Shroud of Ash is instant cast and applies a debuff that inflicts periodic damage, but increases Darkness Defense. The Shroud of Ash debuff will prevent players from receiving lethal damage from Orb of Annihilation, which Flarestorm will cast 30 seconds after Pressure wave. If you didn't get the buff, run 50 meters away to stay alive and come back for the next pressure wave.
Pressure Wave deals massive damage, and can be avoided by moving out of melee range. However, it’s important to move back in range as soon as it is cast, otherwise players will miss Shroud of Ash. If the Cleric is confident in their Group healing skills, it’s possible for the Group to remain 0 meter away all fight long and thus ensure that the entire Group receives Shroud of Ash every time.
If Virhana was a sprint, this fight is a marathon. From the start to the end, the loop will not change. It's just a matter of getting the buff every time and not forgetting about it.
Flarestorm can drop the 2 stormwing shields as well as the dagger and the sword of the stormwing weapon set. He'll mostly drop you a blue belt though.
