Une interprétation exceptionnelle que nous vous proposons à travers notre rubrique « MCC Sélection ». Elle est signée depuis l’Espagne et Barcelone, à proximité de l’emblématique Sagrada Famiglia, par le pianiste Alberto Gestoso et le saxophoniste Alex Lebron Torrent. Céline Dion devrait apprécier !

12345 stay together ? just this week the police invaded several nazi gatherings in Germany, refugees are still being killed in Greece, Iran is still being boycotted by the world, people are still dying in Palestine Syria and on other places in the world. ..meanwhile people are clearing all the supermarkets leaving nothing for the less fortunate..it is somehow sad to read in the comment section that singing on a balcony is the epitome of humanity and solidarity..

I also started to cry. Sadly, Titanic destiny fits this situation quite well. Just like when the ship sinks - everyone drowns - no difference in race, social status, nationality etc. The same is with virus - it affects everyone, and we can only pray and hope for better days to come. PS Its also so sad that this occurs only in such hard situation, otherwise neighbors don't care for each other at all.

But I entirely agree, it's a shame that this has had to happen to bring us together in society, and it's really brought out both the best and the worst in people. I do hope that collectively, we stay closer after this is all over just like we stood united during the world wars and in the UK, during the Falklands (I'm not sure if you're British or not, hence why it's a second example). Barcelona 😍 Greetings from Germany! It touches me to see how people in spain and italy and other countries play and sing just for the good feeling of the peoples in the streets. In " normal" times and especially here with us most people doesn't know their neighbours because the only life task is to work hard. My best friends mom first showed me this video back around march or april 2020 explaining that music is such a beautiful universal language. She had later passed away in December 2020 due to COVID-19. Hug your parents and loved ones when you can. Each and every day is a blessing.

This made its way around the world on Facebook last year and it popped up in my memories today. It probably was one of the few highlights of the early days of the pandemic that kept people going, especially for those working in the medical sector and for others who bravely went to work to help provide what few rolls of paper towels and cleaning supplies being shipped and sold.

Let's see if I can write with tears in my eyes. This was one of the finest examples of pure human spirit and musical talent. A piano on one balcony and a sax on the other playing And My Heart Will Go On for their neighbors. I will remember this video when times become difficult and recall the strength of the human spirit. In the earliest days of the pandemic, in a little Italian city, there was a flash mob of sorts in the middle of the day which drew the attention of an entire neighborhood. As they looked out over the balconies at one another, two men who didn’t know one another began to collaborate in song. At the time, we didn’t know what we were facing - we just knew that it wasn’t going to be good. Italy, in particular, was exporting bodies by the thousands from their overrun hospitals. Their country was at war with something they could not see. Unlike America, they stayed together in solidarity even when they could not be near one another. The video still brings me back to the moment (and frankly makes me feel a bit of the stress, still today) when I and many others were under complete duress, but in small glimpses, we saw the goodness of man. One doesn’t change the world by influencing the masses. One changes the world with small gestures not meant in vanity but in goodness, and in turn, those small gestures by the masses change the world. Italians use bidets or hand bidets (handy water sprayers). Get a handyman to install one on your toilet. They don't need to break or build anything. Just attach it with the existing water outlet, the one used for flash.

Unlike American communities the people in this community will come out of this SO MUCH CLOSER and better off. They get it! They’re drawing nearer to one another, inspiring one another and holding each other up. How this must make God smile to see all these beautiful souls gathering together and connecting in love and support so that no one feels isolated or alone. So moving how these towns are bonding rather than dividing off.
