Hello Mr Yenner, I just had to let you know how much of an Inspiration you are to me. I have been quite ill over the past four months and am dealing with a lot of stress. When I go to the hospital for my treatments, I will turn on my IPad and watch your videos and it would take my mind off my troubles and make me happy. I Especially enjoyed the birthday cake you made for your Granddaughter of Smurfette. I have probably seen it a dozen times so far and not tired of it yet. I am so impressed how you look at things that are not noticeable at least to me until you point them out, shading, tinting around the eyes or what seems like the littlest thing but when you put it all together, it is truly marvelous. There are many words to describe your work, Beautiful, gorgeous, precious, masterpiece, perfection, and they are all correct but I do not believe that any of these Simple words sum up the amount of creativity that you have been blessed with. You are a true artist and a real joy to watch perform your Ballet of sorts, a real Professional and a Lover Of his Craft. I cannot even begin to imagine myself in the shoes of a master such as yourself. As my home Nurse told me, “No one knows exactly how long we are going to be here on this earth so we need to get done what we can with the time that we have to help the ones that we leave behind. Well, I don’t have much, but I was hoping to carve just a few small things for my 5 grandsons if you have any projects and tips for easy things that I might be able to make for them. I am sorry for asking but I just needed a little advice from a real professional but one that also has a kind heart. I have my next surgery day after tomorrow, February 21 in Seattle Swedish Hospital. This will be my 4th and hopefully my last. I am 58 years old and getting tired already. I would truly appreciate any advice you could give me. Thank You so very much, Irish Jilli

Mr. Yenner what do you say if i invite you an amazing mexican coffee, and you bring any of the cakes you prepared in this video?.... Never mind, I love your work, as always nice and yummy !!!
I’ve wanted to try the tempering to create one of your designs. It’s here on RU-vid. Tempering chocolate or not Just letting you know you were cited. 😊
Thank you for this video it is very informative, but can you tell me where to purchase the vinyl sheets and also what you put it on is that a glass cutting board?
Is that acetate or cellophane? They are two different things... That sheet looked like acetate, much thicker than cellophane that you used for your isomalt flowers
I used 35 micron cellophane for my isomalt work. 27 micron for cones. Asetate and Cellophane both produced from celluluse but with diffent prosess. They act diffrently . Basically cellophane crumble easier Acetate keeps it self more flat which is good for chocolate.
