Pune isn’t as expensive as Bangalore. You will mostly find gated societies in Pune with proper ventilation.

Bhai dont tell 1BHK@15k and Deposit will be 60K in Banglore. It totally depends upon your locality and society. Am staying here since 2015..No w am in Varthur semi-furnished 2BHK within 15k.. Many places are there in Bangalore, you can get a nice 1BHK within 10-11K. If you want to stay nearby me i can show you rooms around.

Just one question. Why is studio apartment bad for bachelors or for live in couples? Even 1 BHK is good for unmarried bachelors even if you have a partner. I stayed in Kadubeeshnahalli in a two bedroom apartment alone with bedrooms and one bathroom locked. Its so difficult to keep large spaces clean.
