Good evening everyone! In today's we have 1506, initially part of a batch of 7 which were ordered for Arriva Yorkshire around 2009 for the Sapphire 415 service. These buses have been a staple vehicle for the route for the last 15 years. Originally they were ordered in interurban colours, then upgraded to max and finally 1500-7/28/46 were converted to sapphire colours as seen today. On to the actual vehicle now, the main difference between these 59 plate DB300s and the 61 plates is that these come with kickdown as standard whereas the 61 plates didn't as they were fitted with the newer Voith DIWA gearboxes.
