I would have liked a lot more information about the motor install. What did you use for mounts? Where did you put them? What about steering??

Hi Dane, I have another video named “Flathead V8 in a Model A Motor Swap” that goes over a lot of your questions 👍🏼

Can you run a stock hood on this car, or did you kick the radiator out? Im trying to shoehorn an 8ba into a 29 and still run the stock hood top. It have cut a gaping hole in my firewall but running a stock A torque tube and rear end, so clearing the radiator has been a challenge. I was able to get it in there using a Derale fan, which makes a half inch of clearance. The stock 8ba fan was touching the rad.

Great episode! I like the idea of use what you have, I think it will turn out nice with the pedal set up, I thought you where going to runt the mechanical brakes for a while first?

Thank you! And I am definitely going to use the mechanical brakes for a while, I am just going to hook them up to the juice brake pedal so when I go to change them over I won’t have to redo the pedals

Also I'm looking at a 4 door am I gonna have any major motor fitment problems?

@@josephgotelli6440 the motor fitment between bodies will all be the same, all the bodies have the same cowl feet location and bolt to the frame in the same location, the key is to get the motor as far forward as the torque tube will allow

I would use the frame if I got the 39....guess since you getting the dash and frame I can get this real cheap/free.. Heck I don't think I could afford to ship it to Georgia.

When I get done with it I would definitely be selling it dirt cheap just to get it out of my garage!
