So glad I found this video, I knew I had diastasis recti but didn't realise I needed to do a different form of exercise for my upper diastasis recti and I definitely didn't know it was caused by a rib flair
Hello, I am writing to you from Azerbaijan. I have the same problem. If you don't mind, please add subtitles in Azerbaijani or Turkish language to your videos so I can watch them and benefit from them. thanks❤️
Im looking for prenatal daily full body workout that helps with diastasis recti( i have it from previous pregnancies).. could you recomend a specific video? Thank you!
Obvious pression question: WHY is this ONLY about women? I have every symptom and condition that she described. WIdened rib cage assymetric rib popping. high "hing point". Why do i bring this up? well, i and about 5 million other men have or had lower back issues of a catastrophic nature due to heavy work or sports injuries. When the muscles along the mid thoracic, lumbar and sacra regions spasm and splint these vertebral injuries for months and even years at a time it can produce a high hinge point. If this is a condition that spreads the rib cage when pain relieving posture is attmpted, then u can bet that at least as many men are experiencing the weakness in the rib cage and abominable muscles. i have searched hi and low on youtube and google and can ONLY EVER find this problem addressed for women and specifically women who are or have been pregnant. How about some balance here folks
Lets assume the following is correct "Diastasis recti is present in 70% of all pregnant women in the 3rd trimester." There were 134 million babies born in 2023. So 93.8 million of women with some variation of diastasis recti. Not even counting stillbirths or abortions during the 3rd trimester. This is why you find more info addressing women. See the positive cause since it's very common you'll find a lot of resources. By all means though, promote that this happens in guys too, but remember the name of this channel. She specializes in pregnant and pospartum women. Cheers
After 4 kids, I have known I have this issue. Excessively sitting (slouching) while breastfeeding and caring for babies, my abdominal muscles are in rough condition. Thank you for sharing these. I’m going to start these exercises in the morning 🥰
Your video is just PERFECT 🤩 I’m so glad to discover your channel. Illustration, simplicity, practical easy exercises and no blabla. I’ve never been pregnant, but suffered from extra weight and digestive problems. So my belly full of misery is quite happy to start with you to put things together as they should be. Thanks a lot, from France.
