Aw thank you Ashley! That's amazing feedback and so helpful. Thank you ❤️ I'm excited to her what you think of these recipes if you try them at home 😊😊
i love how you describe food combinations with so much depth and detail. It's almost like I'm there with you easting and tasing the food with you. Cheers!
Aw that's so nice Wendy, thank you! I really try to make sure I describe everything well to help give a good idea of what to expect. 'm so glad you like that party 😊😊 Thanks for letting me know
Yum! I love raisins and cranberries too but there's something about the cauliflower with the Middle Eastern spices and the flavor of the dates that's so tasty! Hope you enjoy 😊😊 Excited to hear what you think
Omg Nikki!!!! You win me every time with the sweet and the savory in your dishes! I could eat these dishes all fall long for all my meals if I had the time!
Thanks Haley! I love sweet and savory too! It's such a nice combo 😊 Glad you can relate. Let me know if you try these recipes soon, i"m exited to hear what you think ❤️
I will be making the Cajun Pasta. Thanks for sharing! I've been making a lot of spice mixes for holiday gifts. I'll be making both the Shwarma, and Cajun Seasoning blends. Happy Holidays!
Aw thank you Mel! Hope you did too! Excited to which wine you try first! I’m very into the cava right now if you can’t tell lol also love the gruner and the Malbec ❤️
Agreed and agreed! Love both of those drinks option and you like dry white wine, they made a Gruner that's delicious too! Might be my fav at the moment second to the Cava. And yes to pumpkin seeds! I've been putting them on everything lately too! Great minds think alike lol
Love this one! Cajun pasta has always been a favorite of mine and I have to say I didn’t think I’d be interested in the pear recipe but I was so wrong! Making those asap 😊
Ooh, everything looks delicious 🤤 Thanks for including the spice mixes too, I live on a small island in Spain and it's not always easy to find these things so it's much appreciated. Hope you are well, thanks for sharing 🥰😘😘
Thanks for letting me know that you like that part Jill! That's great feedback 😊😊 I found it was really fun to make these spice blends and I had all of the ingredients to make them because I cook with spices a lot. Hope you enjoy making these recipes as well! Let me know what you think!
OMG that pasta looks delicious!!! I am definitely going to give this a try I'm just not very a confident cook but I don't do too bad so I'll let you know how it turned out
Everything looks so good! You out did yourself on this video. Do you think the pears would travel well to a party? Not sure if they would be as good at room temp.
@@NikkiVegan went to the store .. got kale and cauliflower...made the spice mix...did the total recipe as you directed...DELICIOUS!!! OMG...Sooo good...making the pasta dish this week as I also bought the sausage and yes I had pasta but not farfalle and got that too! Looking forward to dinner on Wednesday!! You always have such great recipes!!
HOW do you not have a cookbook available? I don't go for many that are available but I'd get yours in a heartbeat!! PS.. the link for the salad isn't working.
Yay! A fellow vegan cajun! From bayou blue! Even in New Orleans, i have seen fusion dishes like jambalaya pasta. I worked at a "cajun" restaurant that served pasta. Lols. What is life without creativity? I think it is a lovely idea and I don't even eat pasta. I don't know if you follow Nikki at all but she is a light in the vegan community, has a background ad a Sommelier, so she knows flavors AND she is helping vegans and non vegans alike to not get bored in the kitchen with lovely choices for every pallet. If you don't like her recipe, I suggest you try a different one. Everything I have tried of Nikki's has been wonderful. I am a whole food plant based vegan with celiac and therefore don't eat things like vegan sausages or traditional pasta too often but still fond PLENTY here and never miss a video. Also, when we go vegan and still crave food from our heritage, we are making modifications anyways. Don't make Cajuns look bad.
