It started off as a top-secret rooftop spot and became one of the most visited vegan Indian restaurants in Tel Aviv. Neta Artzi and Uri Shalom Mizrahi opened 24 Rupee as a reminder of what India really has to offer- the sitting on the floor, the authentic food and of course Meji, their Indian chef.
Now not only is the food delicious but at the end of each day, the leftover food is given to charities and people in need.
