HII, I tried this. I am 21 years old and have been experiencing split ends, frizzy hair and front line balding due to tying my hair too tight. I also used to have thick hair but it had been thinning due to hair loss. I tried this flax seed, THE FIRST TIME YOU WILL FEEL YOUR HAIR BECOME THICKER, but it looks the same. But using it everyday has made the frizz gone, my hair looks very smooth. The balding area has some hair growth . It is really effective!!!!!

Love from India ❤️ Tried this remedy back to back for 3 days. I have fizzy hairs, medium hair length. Application time - 45 to 60 minutes Day 1- did wonders. Hairs became so soft. Fell in love. Day 2- 90% less effective than day one. Day 3- my hairs went greasy. Literally reverse of day 1. Got dissappointed really I would recommend to use this once a week. Regarding gel making - leave the gel consistency mild flowy type only if you have long hairs as quantity wouldn't be enough otherwise. don't throw of the seeds after making gel one time. Those seedha have the capacity to make gel upto 2-3 times.

This is because you shouldn't wash your hair every day. 1-2 days per week is best. Too much water and especially applying shampoo too often can really damage your hair.

I decided to try this last week and my hair looked, smelled and felt amazing! I only used 1/4 cup of flaxseed meal. I boiled it and strained it per the instructions. I felt like it took too long to boil but it definitely gave me the gel consistency as shown on the video. I had leftovers from last week so, I used it again today. Last week, my hair was so soft, manageable shiny/healthy. I'm hoping that I get the same results in the next few hours and I'm also hoping that I see some new hair growth in the next few weeks.

I use flaxseed gel as a pre-conditioning treatment leaving it for 2 hours and simply washing my scalp with a SLS free shampoo and rinse out the treatment without using any conditioner product. It has done wonders to my hair.

I'm going to try this! I'd also recommend this - Oil your hair overnight or for a few hours. Then massage egg whites (leave out the yolk) on your scalp and then wash it after an hour with shampoo once the egg whites have almost dried. You can put your hair up while the egg whites are drying or cover it with a shower cap/towel which you can wash later. If you don't use the yolk, it won't make your hair smell. Over time, the egg white hair mask really improves the hair. I've experienced it. Now I'll try the flaxseed gel as well

I was able to control hair falll and strenghten my hair by doing all these: 1- I started eating more protein and vitamin rich diet like lentils, avocadoes, berries, chia seeds, nuts, beans, plain greek yogurt, spinach, soy bean etc. 2- i did yoga or exercise daily for 15 minutes to improve blood circulation No.3 - I ate more of protein and less of junk food No.4 - I started drinking 6-7 glasses of water evryday. No.5 - I ditched old hair products and opted for LitttleExtra’s coconion anti hair fall kit No.6 - I did oiling in evening only as in day time it attracts dust and pollution. No.7 - I stopped using plastic comb and started using neem comb. So by taking care of my habits and using right products I was able to overcome my hair issues.

Ntosh Nomb true...I admire women who have the patience to curl their hair or straighten it every day...for me this would be very hard. My hair is naturaly curly and beautiful and all I do for it is wash it( with gentle shampoos and moisturize it with oils). I put it in a ponytail when I sleep or during the day if I stay at home. When I go out I just untie it and it looks good. If I had to do something else for it every day, I would not have the patience. Also, the same applies to make up. I am so free since I gave up doing it. I feel free without it and I realize it is such a burden for women that feel they have to put it on. The effort is admirable, even though make-up is absolutely unnecesary.

Am eating it daily 9to10gram and 2to4 ltr water per day...soak the seeds in water during night time and eat it in the morning...it reduces the DHT n improves hair regrowth...20to25gram perday is OK....u should not take more than 50gram perday....it gonna lead to loose stool and bloating...

So... this is an honest review...I've been trying this gel since month and now... my hair is lot more shinier... this gel... !! It is like awesome.. It reduces hair- breakagae and idk about hair growth... but yes it reduces hairfall ... but if your hair is like mine ... you have to be patience...for me ... I'm using this gel since like 30 days ( 2 or 3 times a week) and .. results are still not that visible ... but I belive if I continue using this gel for like year ... I'm sure I'll get my thick hairs back ...and remember ... stick to one remedy ..! And be patience... overall the gel is awesome as I said ... it made my hair much more smooth shiny and manageable (also if you're facing dry hair problems... definitely try this gel out!) Hope this helps..❤
