Walt and Ken of Do-it-Yourself Pest Control discuss Flea Control and the products typically used to treat flea infestations. diypestcontrol.com/crawling-i...
Hi Guys. Thank you. Didn't find the outdoor flea video you mentioned. I need to remove stick tight fleas from an outdoor adobe shed and the squirrels which I think carry them. The floor is dirt, the walls very porous, building is very old, can you please give any advice? I will be raising chicks in the area when it is pest free. Thank you much.
Sticktight fleas differ from cat fleas and dog fleas when it comes to treatment of the host animal and that is not going to be dealt with in this case. Treatment of the building is the same as for other fleas. I would use a mixture of two products: FenvaStar Eco Cap store.doyourownpestcontrol.com/fenvastar-eco-cap to kill the adult fleas and Tekko Pro IGR store.doyourownpestcontrol.com/tekko-pro-igr to stop development of the immature fleas. Give me a call at 800-476-3368 if you have any questions.
Hi guys, great video, thanks! For the liquid concentrate treatments, what should I mix the liquids in if I’m using a sprayer? A bucket? Fleas are so frustrating!
Thanks Katie. You can mix the products in the sprayer. That is what I do. Some people prefer to mix them in a bucket and then pour it into the sprayer. That just seems like an extra step to me.
