Great finds! You are so lucky that you have Gotz dolls at the flea market. Rerooting of such a big head is quite a challenge. There are several ways to restore the hair: first of all, you may shampoo it and use a conditioner, leave it for a while and gently comb the hair, don’t rinse the conditioner out completely. You may also use a no-rinse hair cream, appr. a dessert spoon of it. I did both and it worked out very well. Then you leave it dry in the air, combing the hair from time to time. If this doesn’t help, you may use hair curlers. Some use a hair flattener on a lowest temperature possible. Also, there are lots of great reviews on using very hot water - they boil it and apply after several minutes on the doll’s hair except for the roots. Then the same procedure with the conditioner, etc. I personally didn’t try it, but I trust this method because it was described on a very big dolls collectors forum and many people recommended it.
Wow, I would love to get a darker skintone Gotz doll she looks beautiful, if her hair isn't a wig then i would try to wash her hair a couple times and brusch her hair a few times with a conditioner in it and it will be all new again. That's what i do with my roothed Gotz dolls when their hair becomes frizzy or dry and dirty.
As to the shining marks and coloration you may try a rubber or magic eraser. They do miracles But i would go very easily first on some places that aren’t too visible, because this doll has a dark skintone and I’m not sure how this works on it. In any case I wish you good luck with the restoration of this pretty doll and hope you’ll share the results with us!❤❤❤
