Local anglers joined by Fleet Pond Society and Countryside Rangers remove fish trapped in Brookly Stream. Originally the fish swam out of the lake seeking cleaner water. However, conditions within the stream are deteriorating. We placed 2 temporary barriers in the stream to restrict movement, to enable us to gently capture the fish.
The fish were then successfully transferred to an area within the lake where water quality had improved.
