1: Listen to the video. It explains how he got captured. 2: Modern Fleetway is with Rosy but I'm pretty sure this Fleetway is supposedly with Crazy Amy. Shadow seemed to think he was with Rosy too even though he witnessed both of them go off together in the last encounter. 3: I wouldn't say they are scary. Just crazy and weird.
