No one has mentioned how the bottom edge of the TV is blocked by the sofa. The Discovery 36Q also has this same design flaw. This is something that should have been addressed in the design process and at least caught during the quality control process. Either the cabinets above the TV need be shortened top to bottom and the TV moved up on the wall OR a new sofa needs to be chosen for that space.

12 more years and I can finally retire and gull time RV. The Fleetwood Discovery LXE was the first diesel pusher i fell in love with. 9/3/33 cannot come fast enough!

Okay, when I saw that island my mind froze for a moment and needed to be rebooted. I don't remember EVER seeing an island in a motorhome. Travel trailers sure. Fifth Wheels? All the time. Never, ever in this. I so want to see what Matt and Andrea from Matt's RV Reviews will say about this. floorplan.

Like a lot about this RV. Love the kitchen island and the table. Love the bed. Wish that the living area and the kitchen area were flipped. With the refrigerator way back in the RV, when entertaining outside you have to track dirt and such all the way back every time you need something.

Great interior layout and decor....and that table idea is "over the top"

Just purchased this coach a few weeks ago. LOVE IT!! The bathroom access door now opens into the bathroom which eliminates contact with the fridge. The articulating bed has an interlock that prevents the slide from closing unless it is all the way in the up position. I added a rubber door stop on the toilet door so it wont make contact with the bedroom floor like you did with the bathroom access door. You might want to add that.The TV over the couch viewing area is fine. The dealer had issues rotating the table so I took it apart and lubed some key areas and it works fine now. We actually like the folding chairs better than the fixed units. We are going to purchase 2 more folding units and store them in the closet next to the existing units. Our coach did not come with the motion power lounge and we are going to purchase that. The main access door has a little bit of an issue with the latch side bottom bowing out along with the trim coming in makes the door stick out around 1/2". Due to issues with our dealer we are going to address that as well on our own. One of our couple friends watched your video and texted me that they wanted to sell their house!! Our dealer " Lost" our Rock Guard so it should be on order. Bonus' include NO PROPANE, Large Capacities for Dry Camping, Large Solar Panel with Large battery capacity. All in all a home run and you did a great job Mike.

If that dinette was a buffet credenza it would be absolutely perfect.

I have seen more than my fair share of floor plans. THIS is well thought out and unique. Love the island and the dining table. The second basement door was strange but I do appreciate the larger pass through with the slide. The shower head is amazing. I wonder if you upgraded the water pump to make it function as it should. This coach is great. I don’t say that much with production coaches. Nice job. I will say that 380 may be enough power in the Midwest but it isn’t much in the mountain west.

You went kind of fast on this model..... Is there a dishwasher? I hope so at that price point. Tell them to switch the stove top position with the sink. What kind of stove is it? Is it electric or gas you did not show it. And last., There is room on this model for a half bath if they got rid of the center shower and toilet room moving the shower to the rear. Hope they fine tune the next model. Oh and the TV bottom being coved by the sofa back will keep me from seeing the NFL scores lol. Put a desk option there instead or a fireplace. One comfy sofa or movie recliner facing the tv is enough. You don't bring much company into a nice white coach like this. let them sit outside lol.

Please make the adaptable table available as an option on all your motorhomes. It is a perfect option for those that work from the road, and in the days of "Covid", more and more have hit the road and looking for work from the road options. Especially when multiple people in the rig are working remotely, the need for TWO workspaces is needed more than ever!

LOVE THIS FLOOR PLAN!!! We currently have a 2014 Cardinal Luxury, and love the space as well as the "like a house" feel it has, but want to full time with a Class A, so that we can tow our Jeep! Our huge F350 dully we need to pull the fifth wheel is just to big to get into the little towns and back roads we love exploring. Up until now we couldn't find a Class A that the length wasn't so long that we couldn't get into state and national parks, the lay outs all have a small kitchen with NO counter space, and the kitchen tables took up to much space and we rarely use it. Only question I have . . .is there a trash can and recycling pull out in the kitchen cabinet and can I get a residential fridge with French doors and pullout drawer for the freezer?

Great presentation!. Love the floor plan and options that are available with the 25th Anniversary Edition. I noticed that when the sides are in, it is difficult to reach the microwave, and as mentioned in comments below, the TV is partially block from the sofa. Also, in the bedroom, does the bed need to be tilted to bring the sides in? Otherwise, this motorhome is a great winner and is beautiful. Best, Steve & Deb from Western Mass.

Any idea on how or when the wipers will be reversed so the driver doesn't have a huge blind spot at his left bottom of the windshield? I've seen reviews of this setup while driving in the rain and that's a lot of driver side windshield not being wiped. Nice job on making the coach usable with the slides in. However, is the bed still folded when the slides are in or can it be used in a pinch?

However, from website of Fleetwood RV, "Build & Price" for the 2021 Discovery 25th Anniversary 36HQ, it reflects a starting at $398,178.00, and with 7 options, totaling $11,253, the MSRP price increases to $408,664. We do prefer your suggested MSRP price of $376,717, with several options. What is the reason(s) of being MSRP being $22,000-$29,000 different? and with, or without the options. Is this do to the recent high market demand for Motorhomes? Also, is the Navigation from Rand McNally? Best, Deb & Steve from Western Mass.
