over 50 years old now, and its never been bettered. Ronnie Barker was, as david Jason always called him, the governor, at character acting 🎭 the facial expressions, and timing,a true professional at his craft. 🤔 👍

Consummate skill by Barker. Timing, tick. Facial expressions, tick. Accent, tick. The script was funny but Barker was the only one who could do it.

@Drakulbites I just looked it up. The actor is named Emlyn Price which is odd because the accent does sound kind of dodgy but that is a very Welsh sounding name.

He doesn't actually say it's near the coast. He may have driven down to the coast from where he lived and Sidcup is a good place to stop for a cup of tea.

Wonder why the full series has been taken off?? I grew up in mid/late 70s in a house of no religion. I now despair at modern comedy,pure rubbish . Nothing comes close to the Two Ronnie's and Morecambe and Wise. CLASSIC 😂😂😂😂😂
