How much more do you want there, for 2 positions? Also Mainoo was young last season too but he was given a chance & he had a breakthrough season. Garnacho a season prior. This is Man Utd we are talking about. It's built on giving chances to young players. I'm sure if it were up to you we would have never seen Mainoo & Garnacho given such chances.

Collyer must be loaned out preferably to a championship team to get more minutes A game here and there at united as a sub won't cut it

@@thejames1307 Casemiro on top form is a more effective player going forward so if he is playing well and in good condition will start. It could be Ugarte plays instead of Mainoo in some cases or Mainoo goes forward to replace Mount.

He had 7 goals and assists from deep in the midfield. At 0.3 goals/assists per game, this is a good return for a DM. He was pivotal. When he came back in 23/24, I felt he had gained weight and was astounded to see him lose pace and stop running during one of the pre-season games. Right now, he has confidence issues, team's defence was decimated and he did not have any hiding place with a loss of fitness. He has come back lean and fit, with a proper partner in the middle, with some fitness and confidence, he is a good cover for the defence. His passing is better, not quite Erikson good, but is good. I feel he has 1+ 1.5 season in him if United can keep him fit. The guy's a legend, give him some support around him as he declines, he will come good (for a season at least).

I think he underestimated the league last season, gained weight and was terribly unfit, coupled with the decimated backline, didn't have anywhere to hide. This season, while might not have the work rate, I'm expecting him to put in a decent shift once every couple of games. His passing is also Ok, not Modric or Kroos level, or Erikson even, but is Ok. Better than Ugarte I assure you. If you think Casemiro is a bad passer... just wait till your subjective eyes drop on Ugarte... literally one of the worst passers, maybe about Fred level bad...
