Flex Tape Scooter! We have done tons of crazy Scooter modifications in the past, such as the upside down break and making a fork from only Home depot products.
While watching the JonTron Flex Tape video we figured that if we cut a Scooter deck in half that the tape would be strong enough to hold it together. I guess you will have to figure out the outcome.
