I'd say only where my hair is less dense on the sides... I do the two point rotation for that reason so they'll swell more and be thicker.

@@prettyeyes1752 definitely depends on your hair density.. My roots are smaller in my less dense areas of my hair. But the thicker areas are not small. Ive noticed that my roots are swelling more as time passes though. My goal is to trim them slowly to where eventually it'll all be my hair.
