Today I'm showing you how you can use Flexipaint with metallic powder pigments to create a flexible, durable and realistic metallic effect on your cosplay armor and props!

The sound is a bit low due to my voice recording device which i must keep out of the frame. If you have some trouble to hear the video, listen it with some headphones! Thank you for your understanding, I'll do my best found a better way to record my voice next time!

Hey i really think the piece of foam with just flexipaint clear looks like a wood grain. Could be a good use i think :) Nice video

Excellent video thank you. I was wondering how well the metallic pigments looked in the final product and that looks amazing once properly buffed. Far more like metal than metallic paint. only critique is that the foam's texture imparts a bit of a rough look on the final product but an airbrush and proper sanding could probably alleviate this. If not you could try Rapid Fill and Fine Finish from TNT cosplay and a bit of sanding and you'd definatley get a very fine finish (American business so it might be a bit expensive to ship to you depending on where you live.)

This was a really helpful video! Just a quick question, does the foam still need to be sealed before using Flexipaint? Or does Flexipaint act like a sealant as well?

Flexipaint is like Plastidip or Flexbond if you know these, it's waterproof and protects the foam so you don't have to seal the foam before applying it :) I can just advice to heatseal the foam for a smoother result.
