The search gives a lot of irrelevant results even when you narrow the search criteria. It's a bad business model- if you get hired right away you'll stop subscribing. So they need to bury you in irrelevant results to slow down your search. The idea is that you're supposed to be SUPER impressed that they have 10,000 results, even they aren't jobs you could actually get. The only recruiter payment models that make sense are to charge employers to find employees (which they do in English teacher recruitment overseas) or charge based on jobs found (like agents in the entertainment business).

I've paid for it twice in the past and didn't use it. Found it a little overwhelming. But no where else to truly find vetted jobs. So willing to give it a try again and lock myself in a room for a day and just get it set up already. Shoot, maybe that's a job I should offer setting folks up on Flex jobs lol boom 💥 Everything else is kinda hear say or hoping it's legit.

Are the jobs exclusively advertised? Hard to see the value if these jobs are being advertised elsewhere on free job sites

7:30 there are lot's of websites that vet and have these same job postings to charge people to apply for a job is dumb and I honesly thinkg people who are paying for it are getting ripped off, you don't charge people to apply you charge the company to post the job.....Flex jobs is just double dipping and Greedy as hell.

I hope this is legit cause I’m a recent high school graduate and jobs are really hard to find where I reside. This would be a huge breakthrough for me😭

Good video! How do I write a resume for a freelance or full-time remote job if I have no experience? I'm an online ESL teacher ATM but I want to change because of the low salary they are offering now. For Example, if I wanted a job doing copying and pasting or data entry jobs is it best to study up on it first like going to youtube to learn about it FIRST?
