I loved this show when it was on. But they should have had one more episode showing them reunite with their families. And going back to school for the first time
To be honest this is the first time completing a series on RU-vid and it was totally worth it . Even though there were some twists in the movie there was still team work and that's what i loved about it,oh and yeah the kid (lex)would have made a good leader as well 😂
This show came on my feed and I really enjoyed it, watching the characters go through struggles and changing their ways to suvive, learning hard lessons. Thanks for uploading the series, I would never have been able to watch it otherwise.
Grew up watching this show, now I only retained the vaguest of memories of it. It was great to relive that and see the whole thing. Unsure if I'd feel the same if I hadn't been a fan as a kid, but it was pretty good for what it is!
This is so educational movie it has so many learnings about life about personality and many more , salute to the part of this movie it was so incredible, amazing, beautiful, smart it was soooooo niceeee. Great job and a great movie to watch. Because of this movie I already subscribe 😂 I miss the cast and all is there any seasoned 2? Or part 2? Because i will miss this cast literally 😔😔😭....
The journey is so sweet the adventure is amazing, the story full of emotions and , just imagine they Will Miss that adventure and when they were together and now they have to back to normal day sepreate from each other 😭☺️🥳🥺🥳😭😭
I loved this series until that toxic snake like Abby entered and destroyed the peace.... and Eric is pure evil. And at the last portion ,that small kid was checking my patience. Only 20 more min for the 10 hour movie to end. And I do think see any signs of a good Climax.
I don’t blame Abby entirely but Eric stoking the fire to get Abby to be more unhinged and him constantly complaining was driving my patience. Lex also had no read to blame his sister she tried to keep them together but they left regardless why is he blaming her so much.
This was a good ass show and probably one of the most obscure things I ever watched as a kid. I will take my crush on Jackson to the grave. Also, I never really shipped anyone but god DAMN. Jackson x Taylor is so so much better than Jackson x Melissa. And since I'm here, I just want to say Abby is the worst character ever. Can't believe she got back to camp just to leave, then get her shit rocked and said "you guys have it so easy here." shut up girl!! You literally went out of your way to leave!!!!
In the episode The Tide, when Corbin Bleu's Nathan gets trapped under the plane fuselage, why didn't Jeremy James Kissner's Eric get him out? It really wouldn't have been that hard, and wouldn't have needed help from anyone else. The plane is sat on sand. Nathan is on sand. Sand can easily be dug out from under the trapped part of the person, while leaving the bulk of the supporting sand to hold the weight of the aircraft. Result: Eric frees Nathan and becomes a hero instead of an emotional support character which, lets face it, isn't his strong suit. His efforts at emotional support boil down to, "don't worry, because everything works out all right for me". Except he's not the one trapped so of course he'll be fine. While I get it that Eric is a "do as little as possible" character, leaveing a note and hoping the others come back in time is dumb, and poorly handled on screen. It literally relies on a deus ex machina moment to save the day. Everyone else returns at just the right momemnt, finds the note, and then rolls the plane. I'm a "do as little as possible" character in real life, and in a similar situation while with the army, land rover and not plane, the NCO suggested digging out sand to make lifting the land rover up easier. Not wanting to do that, as land rovers are big and heavy, I started digging under trapped guy. I explained what I was doing and why, and was then joined by the NCO. We freed the trapped guy and then waited for the REME (Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers) to come deal with the rover. Eric could easily have dug out Nathan, without all that fuss and bother, and without having to wait on the timely arrival of the rest of the group. This moment paints both Nathan and Eric in a bad light, as neither of them think about digging under Nathan, but Eric comes off worse because he is willing to just wait for help that may never come, even if that means Nathan dies. As an Eric redemption arc it is entirely pointless, as the last few moments when he reveals that he fixed the lighter, is more impactful. Yet even that was invalidated just minutes into the next episode when the fuel ran out.
Are people just born geniuses in this reality and they get progressively dumber as they age. Why is everyone except for the 8 year old kid just absolutely brainless...
Over 2 hours in and nobody died yet. The first team who went trekking seem to have left the series, oh perhaps they died, this might get better... Who am I kidding. Why am I watching a series made for teenagers?
Abby was unnecessary. She just made the show less fun to watch… I never finished the series up until about a week ago when I found this on Tubi… If Abby wasn’t in it then it would’ve been a hell of a lot better. I understand they needed the group to remember they don’t live there and it’s a serious situation, but damn… Abby should’ve never been in the script.
I know this is a month old, but still. I think when Abby first returned (was found) that was fine, but the second time when she comes back with an attitude after going off on her own and getting hurt wasn't needed. Like, she returns and demands them to kill the chicken, a source of eggs, as if because she struggled that they should do what she says. A chicken which would be a single meal to be shared between 7-8 people. The others were already thinking about the pilot and other kids. Eric and Jackson also showed concern about getting too settled in, could have just had them set off without needing Abby there to push them. With Mel following because she likes Jackson. Easy.
I remember this from my childhood and I still feel like this is better then what kids have now on tv. The cast is great the teen drama cliche is on top. The only things out of place is Taylors make-up and mascara.
I used to watch this with my daughter when it first came out. It's very G rated as far as survival goes. Someone should have punched Eric right in the face.
Eric sucked throughout that whole adventure, man was given the pity job cause he didn’t know how to do anything else and complained when things didn’t go his way.
I would like to try this kind of lifestyle if I had the right people with me and if I had the proper skills. But there people and tribes that actually do live like this tho.
Glad as I am to have found this show again, I do wish the opening theme was in this compilation at least once. Still, this show holds up pretty well from when I watched it as a kid. Thanks for keeping it alive.
Rewatched this a few years ago and I was surprised to find myself invested the teen drama lol. Great show that got a little slow at parts but was ultimately an incredibly satisfying experience. Even if you don't have nostalgia for it you can enjoy it, although I'd definitely recommend having nostalgia for the early 2000's lol
8.5hrs in and The Abby chick can kick rocks. Sure she kept HER SELF alive on her own for weeks but for her to call their camp a “resort” as if they didn’t have to work 24/7 day in and day out to achieve it. They kept 7people alive, built a solid camp, kept rules/order, and provided/invented them selves things that made their life more “cushioned” because they worked together.
@@AJ-yl5mhagreed you can’t be mad at them because they were SMART with their time and constantly worked to make the best of their situation. On top of that you are going to complain, be judgmental, and be hella rude to the very same people who are providing you with help and you are using for your own benefit 🙄🙄
I never saw this before, but I just started watching. I know it's wrong but hoping that Taylor and Eric come to a tragic end, in fact the only two worth surviving are Lex and Jackson.
