Kat, please do some research on Breast Implant Illness and see if that’s what might be causing your RA symptoms. It happened to a good friend of mine and her symptoms disappeared after getting them removed. Please look into it and talk it over with your doctors. Much love!!

London knows how to do Christmas. If you get back before Christmas, pop into Fortnum and Mason..they are on Piccadilly...and have tea and look at all their Christmas items. Just so pretty and their jams and especially their Blood Orange Marmalade are just delicious.

Hey Kat Thanks for sharing another great video. I keep meaning to mention some thing you could try to help manage the amount of flareups with your RA. I have had RA since my mid to late 20s and I’m now nearing 50. It made a huge difference for me avoiding gluten. Back in the day when I was first diagnosed, my rheumatologist told me I was crazy when I said, I felt so much better with less flareups avoiding wheat products. Finally, science has caught up and it is pretty recommended for most autoimmune diseases. So I just thought I might throw that out there. I know it’s really really tough and it’s taking me the better part of 20 years to take out the inflammatory foods in my diet. So maybe if you started with that for about a month and see how you feel? Anyway, I’m in the middle of a horrible flareup in my hips right now and I really feel game. Hang in there girl.❤

I know it took me forever to commit and years and years of going on and off the diet, but it just makes all the difference in the world. I have never taken a prescription medication yet even though they tell me I should. It’s getting pretty bad it’s just I’m not sure it’s worth it. Everybody I know that is on them still gets flareups?

@@KatNesbitt My daughter has RA and has been on Methotrexate, Humira, etc. with no real improvement. The VERY DAY she took her first Enbrel injection, she was RUNNING, for the first time in years. I don’t know if you’ve tried that or not, but it was a literal miracle drug for her. Obviously, I don’t know your medical details, but I thought I’d share this info, just in case. It’s so sad to see you in pain.😥❤ On a brighter note, thank you for sharing your adventure with us. I always love your videos, and I was wondering if you’d consider doing one showing us the entire process of how you do your nails.💅 I’m so intimidated by them because I’ve never done the process, but would like to. I’m tired of spending so much money having them done! And I’d love a step by step skincare video because your skin is FLAWLESS.🔥And one for the products and process of your makeup routine. You’re so glam and polished, and I’d LOVE to see what sorcery is involved..💄✨💋I don’t ask for very much, right?! 😅

Stress contributes to gray hair. The stem cells which produce the cells that dye hair turn themselves into cells that dye hair, and when they die, there are no new stem cells to make cells which color hair. Just don't stress out over gray hair, it just gives you more gray hair.

I know that feeling with undiagnosed crohns and now probably pots too as well. Primark now has Christmas bits too. Lots of cute bits too including bambi and stitch too. They are teddies but good and yummy. I think damson is a plum.

Kat, I hope your RA flare has calmed. I have psoriatic arthritis and was on a med combo that worked wonders. My husband and I came home from our London trip a couple weeks ago and I had labs done. Suffice to say one med has to go because of my liver enzymes. BOO! Anyway, I mention this because I’m SO grateful it happened AFTER London because I never could have done that trip in the kind of pain I had a few months ago. It was an awesome trip, but whooo, it was A LOT of walking and stairs, lol. Plus we arrived at the end of a heat wave so I walked and sweated 10 lbs off! 😂 Hope you’re feeling better and Chip gets his car back-again.

Have you tried the opaque tights (pantyhose) from Marks & Spencer. I’ve bought them when visiting London for years. Great quality and you can buy different levels of opaqueness (dernier) as needed.

Kat, I’m living not far from YYZ and I’ve been in an arthritis flare up for almost a week. However our weather has gone very cold basically overnight and very wet. I cannot take much medication due to allergies. I am happy your LHR trip went well. Please pop into Harrods next time and see their food hall and Christmas items. Depending on load factors I may try and get over to do some shopping. 💗🍁✈️
