There's an iOS app called stop motion which is helpful to make these happen, the type of animation is called pixilation. It's just a form of stop motion animation AKA a tonne of photos USING A TRIPOD and a tonne of editing, although stop motion makes it a little easier.
I remember almost 20 years ago on the IFC channel there was a short film doing this. It was maybe 5-10 minutes of these two guys that looked like demons racing each other on their flying brooms. Racing around some urban area trying to best one another. I wish I knew the name of it or if it online
i think it is made by jumping at different spot with the broom and put it together xD its hard to catch that moment.. and u be tiredd and how do you catch so much shots in the car road..
