The first public flight of Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome's Spirit of St. Louis, May 21, 2016 at the "Spirit of the Aerodrome Gala." The plane flew once before, but with a less historically accurate rudder. This is a 100% accurate reproduction, including 3 instruments donated by the Smithsonian Institution Air & Space Museum in Washington, D.C. that are identical to those in the original Spirit of St. Louis (i.e. same manufacturer and model number).
