@@Cal90208 nonstop dan just does business class as well as jeb brooks we are not that rich bro so simply aviation does majorly economy and that's what keeps them apart also see nonstop dan's videos on economy class are just well... shit he trashtalks economy all time even knowing that more than 50% of the world has not travelled in a damn plane that is why he deserves to bbe cancelled
The reason why we give out blankets and headphones only on request on flights where customer load is less than130 (on B777) and 160 ( on A380) is because we believe it's more personal for our customers to deliver these items by hand and also because after each flight as a cabin crew we need to collect remaining blankets and headphones that weren't used throught the flight and it makes our job easier if we don't have to collect 300+, only those ~100 which were used. :)

I must say your videos are amazing as always but even better now than ever! I flew with emirates this year for the first time, Copenhagen to Dubai and back with the B777-300ER and it was special to fly with emirates!
I flown with emirates countless times now. They never drop their standard or fail to impress. If you hv the money it’s a good airline to fly with and 100% worth the experience, especially on their 380
Mate try the Kuwait Airways royal class on board the 777s someday... or if you're up for more, fly on economy. It's a 3-3-3 layout on the 777. You'll love it.
I took this flight today and barely noticed anything because I was too busy freaking out about the turbulence haha. I’m a lifelong fearful flyer and it’s upsetting to me that even this brilliant video couldn’t get me excited enough to overcome my fears…I guess the battle continues! More flying, less fearing!

Emirates and Qatar are the two main airlines that travel between the US and BD for whenever I go home. I feel like Qatar has been good, although emirates has just consistently been a little bit better every time I have rode with them. The only downside is that Qatar, at least now, is considerably cheaper (several hundred USD), and is continuing to get further away from Emirates. If the brought down the price even a little bit, I would book with them more often. Doha is also really nice to connect through.
No blankets on Emirates' 77Ws?! I do want to try this plane though. I wonder how many destinations in the US Emirates send their 777s. I think Boston is one of them, but I'm not sure.
Excellent and likely your most professional report. Love the style. Can you do an Ethihad equivalent? I hear they are trying hard to compete and do better. It would be a worthwhile effort to compare. Try same plane, time and seat. Anyhow, bravo.
Emirates Airlines is now becoming worse. It is declining year over year. What once was a proud and 5-star airline to a disappointing and 4star airline (downgraded). In 2024, Emirates got 3rd place best, but it will see a downgrade in its rankings in its future. I always thought of flying this in past years before 2022. When covid hit, we didn't travel anywhere. When I travelled with Emirates in February 2024. It was disappointing.
Seriously? Just done Dubai - Perth on this plane and it was appalling. The 3-4-3 layout means each seat is very narrow and so are the aisles. It feels incredibly cramped. Leg room would be ok if there werent IFE things taking up the width all over the place. Crew very obliging but clearly confused about their jobs, not their fault, just not well trained. Im happy to accept that my experience was coloured somewhat by the 4 children behind me who behaved dreadfully for the whole flight. Hopefully they are the same at home so their parents suffer from them all the time. Ill avoid this plane like the plague in future and stick with one that has 3-3-3 layout.

3:38 - To be quite honest, mentioning your height in relation to legroom is useless.... The decisive factor is not the overall height of a person, but the leg length. I am 1.83m tall, but at the same time I have quite long legs. This means that I have less legroom on planes than a person who is the same height as me but has a longer torso.

You hit on something that touched a nerve with me. I don’t mind paying a little bit more for a better product. Passengers aren’t entirely blameless in the decline of standards; I used to say that passengers wanted Legacy airline levels of service and comfort but only wanted to pay Low Cost/Ultra Low Cost fares to get it. In the early 2000s, American increased the seat pitch in Economy Class, but it didn’t translate into more riders. Where I have the option, especially on a longer flight, I will pay more to get Premium Economy or even First.
This is the best trip report I've seen. It's proud to see how the SA team has grown their content and product. The opening sequence is fantastic, and nice little tune. Great job David and Felix! I can't wait to see the next one!
