I admire the arrangement of the screens. They are mounted perfectly. And so the whole setup gives the impression of sitting really high up in the cockpit. Awesome!
it's amazing this all works. just thinking about all the sourcing of parts, wiring it up and making it work and other stuff involved makes me want to go sit in a corner and go "fwibble"
This is quite simply amazing, and testament to the ingenuity and creativity of this pilot. The attention to detail is a) amazing b) what got this person where they are. (And I only had to queue 3 hours in my kitchen for passport control and my baggage, just to keep it real you understand 😉)
I use this for negotiating my next tech purchase with my wife. “I’m thinking of something like this?” “Wwwwwwehhhhhhhhaaasasttt?” “Ok i’ll tone it down to a rtx4090”
People with such kind of setup always end up posting few videos and quitting. Norwegian 737 Project had a full cockpit sim but he barely post no more. This is lovely at least post once every two weeks. Beautiful build my brother.
Norwegian 737 project, the sim he have is available to rent. So it's not a private setup. That's why he is not posting very often. I have a full size sim, we are not that active on RU-vid yet but are starting to make some videos now. But we are active on tiktok with live streams. 737_800xnorway
I agree with one of the comments some narration or word pop-up boxes explaining your autopilot/fmc, pushback, engine startup....would make it more interesting! Impressive setup!
I would love an Airbus cockpit- similar to A380 and just fly. What a phenomenal setup from air traffic control to flight attendant management, only thing missing is the inflight entertainment and the flight meal. I’ll probably do the whole setup and include a 7-16 hour flight time, anyway that was awesome flight.
As a commercial airline pilot I’m amazed at not only his setup but why he spent all those money and time to simulate the job I do. Just like everyone else, I don’t like to go to work. 😂
That is a home Flight Simulator???? I am shocked by how real that is. At first I thought it was an actual cockpit of the airliner. Or something you would see at Boeing in their flight simulators for pilot trainings. Amazing video. take care.
@noosebrother my wife got me into a plane for the first time a few years ago. 4 planes actually. I hate flying and we went from Washington state to Florida. I was nervous the entire time.
@@justintime41776 my first flight was on a 747 400. I had a centre seat and because we were flying on that special employee thing (my dad was an aircraft mechanic) where you can go for a discounted price but have no say where you end up in the plane, my dad was somewhere else. I sat next to an extremely nervous orthodox jewish person that wouldn't stop rocking back and forth silently chanting and murmering, and a nice lady that kept telling me that take-off and flying was easy, it's just that landing was a controlled crash.. it was a 12 or 14 hour flight from Amsterdam to New York. With all the lovely flavours of turbulence and screaming babies added to the mix. It's been well over 20 years now since that flight and apart from one relapse where I took a plane to dublin I managed to keep to boats and trains for now. XD
Awesome bro! I have one of these and it’s prob 60% complete. It’s so fun no doubt. I just don’t know enough about this stuff. I’d totally pay for some tech support to make all this legit. I have no clue what I’m doing as far as wiring goes and scripts etc. where you located my friend? I’m in the Sf bay area CA. This is beyond beautiful man. Good job 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
