It came from Motion through a different container that had a small batch so Tom said they just sent based on numerical order received. So if there were 10, the first 10 who ordered got theirs.
No. Routing antenna outside on a foam model doesn't have much purpose. Foam does not block signal and the only stuff inside the plane that might impede signal are other wires, carbon fiber, and the battery. As long as your receiver's antenna aren't sitting on top of those items, you should be fine.
