@@therealivysaur ref has always been part of the field. If the QB threw a pass that hit the ref, that's simply an incomplete pass. I remember when Ed Reed would hide behind a ref so that he could intercept passes, which is acceptable.

the ref came back from the future to turn the play into a safety bc every single team that has won against the 49er’s with the 49er’s having 17 points someone important gets injured on the opposing team so the ref came to make the score 19 so no one would be injured and ravens and 49er’s go to super bowl
