First thing that should happen in any meeting or council meeting in Michigan is a nice cold glass of Flint water should be poured for everyone of those members as their only source of water.

Freaking thugs start the meeting with a threat of arresting them... People are lucky that these people are so good natured.. Otherwise you would have been rushed the stage and administered some street justice seeing how you are not affording these people any kinds of justice otherwise.
I feel like it was missed, The main Black guy who speaks against these citizens is basically just saying, Hey Until these Out of town Folks raised that theirs Allegedly an issue with the Pipes, The only problem we had was Flooding. No businesses want to come to flint (thats not anyones fault but the population). Flint MIchigan is the perfect example of a Welfare State. This is where America, as a whole, is headed. @5:13 Citizen here is on the right track. Here's what I would have done. I would pay two professional water quality experts that are not local and not state employed for a complete analysis. About $500 local here. I would enlist a chemist from a nearby university to analyze at no cost as a project for community service/health. All testimony and laboratory findings witnessed by notary at 1st, file as an affidavit if it goes to court. To be sealed an given to a lawyer or preferably a close, personally known retired judge. Bills from the city would be collected, notarized and given to lawyer/judge. None are to be paid. When it gets to the point of eviction, you take all info gathered to a *Federal Court* file each and every bill, and correspondence _separately_ as violation of the RICO Act citing extortion, fraud, intimidation as primary elements and also file separately violations of Federal Mail and Wire Fraud, and encourage the F.B.I to conduct a looky-loo. Then it will be up to them to prove it is water, and demand only 1 demonstration to prove it...drink it.
Shit, you call that chaos? That was fucking orderly as it can be! People got mad, but there was no chaos! Nobody got arrested, nobody got thrown out, nobody threw punches, that was a great meeting as far as shit's been going lately! What the fuck are y'all talking about!? I recall when we use to start meetings with prayers, schools prayed and recited hymns, etc. Where the spirit of the lord is there is liberty and there is order. Now we have leaders who care about themselves. We need to invite God back into our meetings and schools and then all these problems will be solved. As soon as God steps in Gentrification will be a thing of the past. We cant fight by ourselves, we need God.
Apparently a lot of people got smart and realized it was a colossal waste of their time to attend council meetings that are unproductive and solve nothing.

They did it to there selfs all citys have had old leeching pipes .its that this city did not do any things about there old pipes for years then they blame it on the state the governor at time time was white they said it was racist. But the truth is right here for all to view these low IQ people cant run a small city .

This shit is gross. That lady at the end seems like kind of a piece of crap with something to hide. This entire situation needs to see some actual criminal investigations into what's happening. writerconsidered Okay. I haven't seen it. I was following him on twitter and checked it a few times only to be disappointed. Searching Google didn't bring up anything recent, either. The latest I could find was a Dec 2016 article. I've watched most of Jordan's Flint videos and some of the residents have mentioned his 'silence' and lack of action? I had hoped he would do more considering it is his home town and it is such a disgusting situation that deserves attention. These people need to be given a voice. I'd rather see him film the tragedy & corruption of Flint than Donald Trump. I am thankful Jordan has stayed on this. He has done an excellent job. I would just like to see a lot more reporting from others on it, too.
Jennifer. Moore is from Davison not Flint. It's sad what has happened to Flint. Governor Snyder has this atrocity to taint his reputation for the rest of his days.
Every election year those greedy promise that town over and over of better and brighter days ahead. When they get elected, they abandon those people they promised. They people still vote the same way everytime and never change. And this happens. The big hamster wheel where people get themselves stuck.
Where do these city counsel people live? If it's Flint, doesn't the situation affect them too? You would think they would be motivated to make a difference for themselves at a minimum.
I agree I grew up by the Flint area I know longer liver in lower Michigan. I have family and friends deeply impacted by the corruption. Please lift the residents of Flint up in prayers and positive vibes. I was down in Flint last weekend and it makes me sad to think of the neglect this city is living. As soon as you hit Genesee county I seen a actually shopping cart along the expressway and trash all over. People are giving up who is going to clean up expressways and city streets when you can't even stay bathe or drink the water in your home. I don't think that people are aware that there is so much more to the story. The woman who first discovered the lead in the water was found murdered in her home as well as her friend. All of this money that is being sent to help repair and replace things is gone. I will find the TV 12 flint article in Flint Journal about the murders so everyone that sees this can read it. Sad and horrific. Bless all of you with much love.
If people in that town was so hard up for clean water, then why did I see several urban explorer videos showing very large cases of hundreds upon hundreds of full unopened water bottles found in abandoned buildings? One room had at least 100 large cases of water.

The meeting didnt descens into choas to me but it got heated bc people are fightiing for their right to not pay for deadly water. When u do not get somehting you pay for then you shouldn't have to pay or get huge discounts. That city is hirting still. The new Mayor Neely is just as or mor corrupt than this administration. Councilman Eric Mays has a brash personality, and his rather annoying tone does not help things either. He seems to love to hear himself talk but never learned to speak softly, so he has no idea how he comes across, or if he does, he doesn't care. If I were a resident of Flint, one of the last activities I would attend would be a City Council meeting where he is present.
The official of Ward 5 seems to be more for his people than the official of Ward 1. Ward 1 seems to be tap dancing while secretly pocketing money from some of the lobbyists.
I always wondered why they use the word Ward for these places. It reminds me of a cold, depressing, water dripping and gloomy prison whenever I hear that word.
I can not believe this great nation would treat its citizens this way!! We've moved backwards rapidly without a fight. We are long overdue to change direction, time for the awakening, we must stand for something...ethics, values, respect for one another, love one another.
