Mass used to be such a good mix of both, but honestly I think we're a lost cause. We made our citizens register MAGAZINES as fire arms before CALI. We do need to vote, but I think most of us esp in the Boston area see all the blue hair freaks coming here and going to top notch schools of the world while also making some of the dumbest decisions of their life. I was neither, but we maintained our friendship nonetheless. One day a black guy walked into his apartment and threw him off his balcony to a 20 foot fall to the ground which he survived. The perp was caught and he lost all his friends because he cooperated with the cops in pressing charges against the guy. All of a sudden my friend was the wicked white racist from small town Georgia. A couple of years later he died all alone in the hospital from aides in 1983.

I have been a democrat since I became a citizen. I am the same age as Patrick and I immigrated to the US at the same age as Patrick. I did not vote for Trump in 2016. After I started working at the border and witnessed the actual event, I realized there were a lot misinformation by MSM. I slowly became a Trump supporter and left the Dem party.

I despise Cuomo but I think he was a smart pickup. A very valuable part of the PBD/Valuetainment brand is that a ton of high-profile guests from the left are very comfortable coming onto a right-winger’s program, which is quite rare in today’s political climate. A more politically-neutral company has a larger Total-Addressable-Market size than a highly-polarized one that can max-out at 50% of the population. Cuomo will bring a lot of left-wing viewers to the channel with him, which are probably tougher for Valuetainment to gain organically so it’s easier to gain them through acquisition.

I have ZERO faith in NY and California voters. There are many conservatives in these areas but just not enough. Those that could afford to leave have left.

I’m a California voter, however I live in conservative Orange County. There are still some conservative voices in California.I was a Democrat when I was young and stupid. I started voting Republican after Clinton ran for President. I realized that the Democrats don’t represent my interests or values anymore. Neither socially nor financially. Trump is the only candidate to fix this mess we’ve gotten ourselves into with Biden being President. I can’t see how anyone could vote for Biden.

He nor any other Republican has any chance of winning a statewide election in New York. It simply ain't gonna happen. We have seen multiple Republicans get within 10% in off year elections, but only a fraction of people vote in off year elections. When it comes to the presidential election years, way more people vote, ad Republicans always lose big in statewide election every 4 years. Trump has about the same chances of winning New York as you do of holding winning Powerball and Mega Millions tickets, while standing on a boat during a storm, and simultaniously getting struck by lightening and attacked by a shark. You are confusing midterms and off year governor elections with the presidential election. The only reason Republicans can sometimes keep it under 10% in New York, is because way less people vote in elections that do not fall on the year of a presidential election. For example, in 2020 9 million people voted in 2020 in New York, in 2022 when their was not presidential election, only 5 million people voted. That is why Zeldin was able to keep it under 10%, because way less people voted. No elections even come close to bringing out voters like the presidential election does. Midterms have been having record vote totals, and still only around half the total voters vote in midterm elections as they do in presidential elections. The record for midterms is way lower than the record vote totals for a presidential election.

I'm not a liberal but from my unbiased view, conservative policies seem to bankrupt several areas in several states. If it wasn't for funding from liberal states, a lot of conservative states wouldn't survive. There are many red states that get funding from blue states just to meet their budget. Add to that that 10 of the last 11 recessions in America all came under Republican leadership, the most recent under Trump. As an Independent voter, my vote will go to Biden.

Well, I will tell you, as a white Bronx resident in a mostly Latino borough, during the month leading up to the election, there was a massive Trump parade on a main ave. with many people on the side walks cheering and videoing. It lasted 30-40 mins of car after car honking, with Trump and American flags. My whole neighborhood had flags outside their houses, and many Trump flags. I never seen anything like that for any public figure. And this happened all over the city. Most people in Manhattan are transplanted liberals from red states they left. And they dominate the voting. Native NYers are mostly conservative, outside of the rich liberals on 5th Ave, etc. I think if NY didn't cheat, Trump probably won in 2020. We did had Guilliani for 8 years and Bloomberg who carried on his policies for 12 and only more recently got more liberal. I was proud to be a NYer back then, now I cannot wait to get out. If I didn't have a elderly parents that are tied here, I would have been gone. I'm embarrassed being from here.
