Awesome business model. Same idea with what I did, and FAILED :) when getting started but based on experience, today - I'd rather build on my own from scratch... especially when you're just starting out.
Agreed. When your budget is incredibly low (less than 5k-ish) it's not worth buying a preexisting site, you may as well make your own. The benefit of buying one is just not there.

Hi, thanks for your comment. With this particular business you don't necessarily need to write more articles, but it would be preferred to be discover by new people and rank higher on SEO. I currently don't own any sites at the moment as most of the sites I was working with had fairly low traction, so I decided to focus on other projects. Still checking out different sites to see if something will cross my path that makes me change my mind. Thanks for watching.

It depends, I would need more context. But generally you want to produce a cash flow positive business unless you know how to reduce costs and increase revenue to make the company profitable and cash flow positive.

Accept the website flippa wont let you buy things,.. right away they only allow you to bid on a website wich take sevral weeks if you do or dont get approved there is no gurentee and most of the time I never got approved,..
Hi, After buying a website you grow the business and make it more profitable by increasing SEO, launching ads, adding products etc. This usually requires some work. Alternatively, you can also just coast/do nothing and hope the business/website continues to perform the same it has done over the last year. But that is not the norm.
