Flipping Cars - My Garage 

I road along with my dad as a kid in his company rollback trucks to pick up a broke down car. The truck was 10 to 20 years old. Passenger door was perfect. The driver door was missing the inner panel, and a small pair of vice grips as a window crank. Everything that needed to work did. Extra junk that served a purpose was under the seat.

If you're ever doing a new playthrough of my garage, this is what I have been doing and it has been fun. I used a mod to spawn a car in survival condition and 2 other ones in junk condition to use as part cars. I brought all my starting game tools to the junkyard to act as communal junkyard tools and gave myself limited money and no garage. I used my only vehicle for pizza deliveries until I had 2000 to buy the barn with the Lada. My truck broke down several times and I had to use the part trucks to get it back on the road quickly. Once I had the Lada running then I started using it as a parts delivery car for the mechanic jobs without using the catalog at the house and never skipped a job. Eventually I started flipping vehicles by driving back to the house or using my starter vehicle to tow them back and I couldn't sell them unless I drove them to the dealer. It's been quite abit of fun with alot of unexpected breakdowns and troubleshooting in order to do the cheapest repairs. Just an idea if you ever feel like you want abit more of a challenge

I really like the LAD wagon they introduced in the game. I left that suggestion on their discord server like over a year ago. I guess I wasn;t the only one who made the suggestion. I was really psuched for it when I heard about it.

You can attach tools to the trunk of your car if you dont want to carry the tool box back and forth to the junk yard

My first pickup I bought was a 79 Ford f100 and almost that exact milky green color of the flatbed you built.

I wonder if you could make a profit on building a car by buying absolutely everything you need from the catalog, staying with the frame. Then adding all it up and selling it.

Loosing the wrench is something most of us My Garage players seem to do. I tend to loose the other tools just as much.

Edit: You missed a spot! Here and there.... 😀 Oh no, I follow lots of guides. In my summer car I followed the guide to put it together. I never worked on a real car though.... Players optimize the fun out of games.
