100% first thing I made was all samples and loops. Was in ableton at that time (easier to Crack and I was 12 so no way I'm paying for a daw at that time), had no idea how to lock/link clips to bpm, everything off grid, off key, it was awful but sounded ok. Cymatics was the goat back then for me, (and still is for some of the perc/drum samples etc. Still use a few Foley packs, and world perc packs from them.

damn, my first beat was lost cause i held down ctrl and pressed delete on my projects, and deleted pretty much everything 😭😭 took me like 3 months to recover from this
