The project itself is simple and quick. At the end of the video I answer a few viewer questions and provide an update on my Etsy shop, CreatingWithScraps. I hope to have the envelopes loaded there this weekend, but I’ll give an update later this week in the next video. This project is great for any size junk journal and works well with card stock, plain greeting cards, file folders and digital papers. Thank you for watching and happy creating!

Great little things to have for any project. If you needed your back pocket to have a gusset on both sides, you could have the left gusset as you have it and you could do the right side on your digital piece of paper you are using for the pocket itself. (Hope that maybe made sense...)

Cori trying to find your video on how to make your fff idea book. I'm hooked. What kind of paper did you use and how many signatures. I ran out and got the dies and nuvo glaze. Thank you Mary and I hope you heal quickly and completely. Let's see.... I think I used 11" x 14" coffee dyed copy type paper for this book... but 8 1/2" x 14" could easily work too. I ended up removing two signatures, so a total of three, to make it lay flat. If I were to do it again I would add five signatures with fewer pages in each signature.

This journal has five signatures, with five pages per signature. In hindsight I’d have made three signatures and spaced them about 1/3” to 1/2” apart. Pockets and folds on each page makes the journal extra chunky. Thank you, I’m happy to hear you’re enjoying the projects 😊

I don’t have the money for this amount of paper. I’ve tried even going to thrift stores. Junk mail maybe .... paper bags from store yes but some of these other papers and it’s frustrating.

LOL! Maybe it says you lose your pin as often as I used to! It's a foam blending tool top, attached to the side with velcro. No more lost pin.

Love your series on flips/flaps and folds. I especially enjoy your magical gift of turning scraps I would normally discard into beautiful focal points. Just one request/recommendation. Please try not to flip and turn your sample pieces so rapidly when introducing the design. I find the rapid rotation makes it difficult to visualize and appreciate what you are about to make.
