His voice is amazingly unique... it’s piercing yet soft... and makes me think of an old 1920’s phonograph recording (in the best way possible)

Just turned 18 a few minutes ago. I knew when I first heard this song, I was going to play this at midnight. I remember being 15 and first hearing this and it helped me get through a lot of rough times. Now I play I as a reminder that the world didn’t end when I was 15. I sat in bliss as the clock hit midnight and couldn’t help but to be proud of myself. Maybe I will go back to this song in 10 years and I will see this comment again. But now, cheers to all the good that will arise again.

The vibrato in his voice is insane. I get shivers hearing him. And the whole band is incredible. I came here from their audiotree sessions and Flipside never misses. I love their energy and their vibes.

This song means so much to me. When me and my girlfriend had just started texting (before we started dating) I asked her what kind of music she liked and she sent me this song. As soon as I heard this song I fell in love with it. Then we shared so much more music with each other over time as we grew closer and started dating. We were also listening to this song when we kissed for the first time. This song always makes me think of her. I’m so glad I have it. This song is so underrated. More people need to hear it.

Can’t tell you the number of times I’ve sung/screamed to this song in the car. Never once until this point have I looked into the artists themselves. Absolutely astounding. Going to have to see you guys in Dallas! This song has brought comfort to my most melancholy of afternoons.

I miss that feeling I got when I heard this song for the first time. I immediately knew it would be one of my new favorite songs, and it definitely has considering how I've known it for about two months and have still been coming back to it just about every day. I think I already said this on the official video (goes to show my obsession with the song), but my boyfriend showed it to me, and I had absolutely no idea how I had never heard of it before. It's like one of those songs you love so much instantly that you just feel betrayed about the fact that no one has ever shown it to you, or it was never recommended to you on Spotify or something because it's perfect for you, you know?
