Whenever he talks about Ladybug with Plagg, he doesn't talk about how much he loves her or what he wants to do with her, but he talks about how awesome she is. Adrien is not flirty. Chat is. Even Chat Blanc is more flirty than Adrien (And I would say that he is more flirty than Chat Noir), and that's because he was alone, trapped and transformed... for MONTHS, when normally he would've detransformed after a couple of MINUTES. We see that after becoming Mayura Nathalie gains more and more confidence (Or she becomes more reckless, both interpretations work well) to the point that even if she's sick she fought hand to hand with someone who can INSTAKILL HER or at the very least break all her ribcage... These are the things that make me think that maybe the Kwami influence their user's behavior the longer they're used.

But I remember to read in a comment, that Astruc wrote that a kwami doesn't affect the holders personality. But I think it would make sense for them to do.
