Some random Floatwheel footage, shot mostly by my sister...
This is the standard ADV (founders edition) with P42A cells. While assembling it, I installed TFL's Life Savers 💙 and used the lower height setting. It's been almost 2 weeks now and I love it - thanks Tony! In comparison, my Pint X feels really weird now, the VESC firmware is pure butter.
So far the only thing I'd like to change is some tire with smoother sidewalls (Enduro/Burris), I find the Forza harder to control with my small feet. BANG bumpers and Kush footpads would be sweat too.

Do you use loctite on plastics ? I juste received my board and i dont know if i do use loctite on plastics. I read on reddit, loctite eats plastics. Thanks you

I think I only used it on all the hub bolts (regular blue, not sure if they still send the super strong one). I heard the same, apparently it gets brittle, but haven't tested it myself.

It has a 6 inch rim, so XR (same as Pint).

Just quickly checked, it fits. But hard to say, it might rub slightly when installed.

Just some silicone, I think this was K2 SILTEC.

Specifically flowable silicone, which gets into the nooks a bit better. It's often sold for car windshield installation. Permatex 81730 Flowable Silicone Windshield and Glass Sealer.

Does the adv feel unstable and tippy like the stock gt does?

I'm not the best person to ask, I only briefly tried the GT. Lowered feels awesome and super stable, but off-camber stuff can get tippy (I have small feet, so I have to adjust my stance a bit to get over the edge), I think a tire with softer sidewalls could solve that.

It doesn't, but the ADV needs to be lowered to the lowest setting - that's more equal to the height of the GT...

@@Slick_Trick still waiting on my floatwheel adv but wow I'm surprised to learn that the lowest setting is the same as a GT, which always feels high to me.
