This tree falling falling job was great experience for the young aspiring woodsman. With bore cuts and working your chainsaw around big rotten trees. www.weaverarborist.com/?ref=b...
This video is a representation of how a son makes a dad proud AND how a dad makes a son proud. Teaching and learning vibes going in both directions. This is living!. Spreading the good vibes as always! As always, stay safe and yes, be kind!
As an experienced faller you do a great job Buckin', but you seriously got to love this kid. He's so freakin' eager to work and so eager to learn. We all know falling trees becomes a total different ballgame when you see the tip of your bar disappearing into a big tree, but Hogan did an awesome job there. And thanks for all the explaining, by the way. As a trucker I'm still hitting the road every day for the simply reason that supply's are also needed during this (semi) lockdown in the Corona crisis. I there for don't have the extra time to watch stuff on RU-vid, but simply do it when I can. It's pretty simple to pause a video and watch another part later, so no worries about the length. Stay safe you guys!
New member of Buckin's "be kind" brigade here. First cup, tree beast, chip off the old block, with a little pucker factor thrown in. Gets the juices flowing for the new day. Ya'll are a blessing. That's what it is. I know a blessing when I see it. Be safe.🤠👍
Mornin' y'all! I just woke up and discovered Professor Smith has a video just waitin for me to watch! Thanks Buckun', I love you too. I'll make some coffee , grab a cup and the TVs remote and enjoy some edutainment at its finest! I can tell this is gonna be a great day. Welcome everyone, hope her doing great, be safe and keep moving.
beautiful fall fellah's - talking wedge bangs - ganges hits his wedge - buckin follow's suit. it's simply amazing watching these two grow as father and son, also as business partners hitting the tree work together. I can only wish and pray one day I can so so with my son, whatta dream come true that would be.
I love watching your videos Bucking Billy Ray Smith your a beast at what you do and you're son is good too I love how you are teaching him everything you know.I wish my dad was like you
Just gotta say I feel like we're kindred spirits my friend. I'm 50, and my son Joseph is 20. We work together at UPS and also together in our lawn maintenance business. Also I've been clean and sober for 12 years.
@@BuckinBillyRaySmith I would ride a bus full of men like you any day friend ❤ Hope to meet you in person some day. I live in Michigan. Not too far from Buckinstock!
Awesome footage of felling those huge cedars, glad I joined your channel, its been fun these past few days watching your library of videos. Thanks and looking forward to many more.

Nice work fellas. Great to see the message is getting out to be kind. Every day so far I have seen things of kindness and messages to be kind to one another. It is an amazing time we are living right now everyone. Thanks Buckin and Ganges you guys make my day.🌲❤🌲✊
Hello Buckin' Billy, sooo nice to see how you work your son. I hope he'll learn all the tricks you have up or down your sleeve so he can stay safe and be a good forestry faller. B.C needs people like you guys. Keep loving and stay safe. Cheers Vince
Good morning Buckin and the Soldiers of Kindness, wishing you all a wonderful day filled with love and kindness. What an absolutely amazing video! Wax on, wax off, Hogan Son. Beautiful learning opportunity for the student and an awesome teaching opportunity from the master. Well done Buckin and Hogan! You guys rock! Stay kind, love wins!
Love you're vids Buckin you and Hogan have a great respect for each other great to see, Im learning alot about hand filling from you with great results and it's very fulfilling even though I was told by local saw shop hand filling is hard on your saw, I don't buy that if you don't take the rackers down to low. You guys really know what you're doing and we all can learn from you're videos. Thanks and Im doing my best to be kind
Love you guys, great work there is none any better than you Billy, stay calm and stay kind be nice, good message to all, thank you so much for who you are and what you say and do, God Bless
Talent is demonstrating something that is or can be very difficult and making it look very easy. I have been addicted to your channel recently as I have taken over as a helper for timbering very large ranch in Colorado. Most of the trees are not very big (aspen) but some can be quite tricky being on steep hillsides. Your tips and videos have helped me greatly, Thank you Billy Ray!
My goodness Hogan is coming along. THat's a heck of a nice job he did in there. Tricky patch of timber down there, nice work, and as usual I picked up a few more tips on falling. Thanks Buckin for taking the time to explain these things
Awesome. That ported husky is the real deal. I bought a 572. I feel like I went to the dark side. Lol. Runs pretty good. 2 tanks of gas. Been so wet here you you can get stuck in the driveway. Can't get out in the woods.
Love ya Buckin Billy enjoy watching all your videos.no matter how long they are. Wish a lot more people had your attitude the world would be a better place.
He bucking Billy. I learned on a sachs dolmar 112 when I was a wee boy in the 80s. Still have it today it was my dads he got it in the 70s while working for the mennonite building polebarns. The old guys in the local saw shop always love to see that saw. Lol. Love your relationship with your boy. Reminds me of how I grew up .
Just got this at 6:30 here in alabama. Im glad to see it before l get out an about. A BBRS video is prime stuff to get my day started. I liked the hour video. Might be late or not all at once. But lm there my friend.
Buckin' these are the KIND of videos we all need. Thanks for the fun ride along on your cedar tree removals. So much fun to see how your Young Buck'n is coming along with his skills too. Nice hat son... Stay positive.
Love your cutting videos Buckin!. Those Cedar trees that are rotten in the middle are tough ones to figure out! Great job by Hogan!. He is quite the faller at a young age. Be safe & be Kind! Show the Love!..
Nice job guys! BIG timber..wish we had Cedar like that here, it makes beautiful siding :) Hope all of you in the Army are doing good, and, as it said on the note, be kind to one another :)
That was awesome Hogan! Started rolling on the ground when you said, “Just got pinched a couple times, and it looked awesome.”😂 your narrations crack me up! Stay safe out there!
Great cuts & information on each cut,Thank You. I love watching your team work thru these trees, definitely an art form. Buckin' Billy, I really appreciate your patient way thru a tree - Colorado rancher
Yes, let's keep it up friends. Love your videos Mr. Smith. I'm learning a lot from them on how to fell trees (need this for my cottage) but also on how to be a better human being. Thanks form one of your Quebec brother!
It's really great to see you two working together. Wonderful! Love it! On the 5th of this month here in Tennessee we had ONE Covid-19 case.Today, just 23 days later, we have 1373 and except for the four larger cities, it's pretty rural. Lots of trees, but none as big and beautiful as yours except in the national park. Be careful what you touch out in the world, like at the gas pump, and wash your hands. Our Love and Kindness goes out to you and all your family. Stay safe out there!
I'm soo excited to see a new video pop up on your channel buckin billy! Love your attitude about life and I can't tell you enough how glad I am that I found this channel! Keep um coming
Working with your son is priceless👍👍 all my sons and daughter worked with me plumbing but they all went back to college but I enjoyed all of our time together. Now they have finished college I think the two oldest ones are going to take over funny how that works out!! Thanks for sharing your video👍
It's great to watch a master who is passing on his knowledge to the next generation. Manual skills are starting to fall by the wayside, even the military has all automatic transmissions because almost no one can drive a stick. Yours is physical and mentally demanding job. Enjoy the films.
That's right be kind to each other and have a great day and be safe. Sir you and Hogan do know how to bring some big trees down. You have taught Hogan well. Friends be safe have a great weekend.
Friend I consider this to be one of your best videos. The teamwork banging, a little thing Hogan did to fix that one undercut, the way you guys communicate to mention a few. And the Be Kind ending. Just a pleasure to watch. The whole thing was outstanding. In '71 or '72 we cut and split cedar rails from a USFS windfall @ 5,000 feet elevation....to put in front of a State Fire Station. The fence still survives. The rot you guys see is very interesting...must be the altitude and moisture...not to mention the bugs.
Always enjoy your videos Buckin, keep the content coming axes, old chainsaws.. Hell even the drumming solos. It never fails to brighten up the day. Stay safe everyone love from the UK.
You spotted the danger digging deeper to clean that face cut up and stopped him great skill and way to teach him. Trees like that stick with you in future felling. Great Video
,it's wonderful to watch you two work together so well. I wish I had a mentor like you when I was young. Might not be in the shape I'm in now. Keep up that beautiful relationship it makes for a wonderful life.
Shame those beautiful trees were rotting. Atleast theres work an father and son time together. To learn more is essential. An a high energy person BBRS gets to work some of that coffee off. A chance to teach an learn an bond is invaluable.
Treasure this time Buckin, it won’t be long and every second counts, Hogan will be taking over soon, any you will be the camera man! I know by the time Christopher is 20, I will be 68, and winding down so We will have the little projects and the channel we started for ever, along with my wife Evi, and girls Abby, Emily! Cherish every second with family, and valued friends!
Hello Buckin!. Enjoyed the video!. Boy some tough cedar trees 🌲 But of course you mastered it you & Gangies !. Love the be kind at the gas pumps!. Pretty sweet sweetheart!. 🙏🏽❤️🙌🏽🥰
More great content with Your message and wisdom for us. More importantly we are allowed to witness You imparting Your wisdom upon the Youth who are our future. For which I am grateful and I thank You for it! Have a great week and a wonderful 2020 Brother! You and the family be safe and well!
I'm not experienced so it's fun to see how and why you make the cuts the way you do. It'll help me when I clear some of my property. Thank you for your tutelage.
Awesome video love watching the ol father son team get er done going to have to finish last half after work heading out to Lantzville to fall some trees with the crew 🤘🌲
"TWO", LOL. Nice work. I have done some, myself, in northern California. With my dad, wood for heat and ambiance. Gas heat for convenience. Hunting, fishing and gardening for food. Cuts of large trees to make end table tops with nature exposed and protected with a plastic finish.
Billy i just recently discovered your channel and i jusy wanted to say thumbs up to you my friend you are truly an inspiration in these troubling times you always have that little encouragement to really make people feel better even if just for a few minutes at a time so thank you billy for taking time to care and speak your mind
Aftet 3 generations of timber workers in Oregon, it isn't nearly what it was when I was a kid. Big trees back then. Nice to see you keeping the skills alive!
Freakin' good job, guys! And what a great job you've done raisin' up that boy of yours too! Was very impressed with the way he handled that huge saw.. Please, keep it up and keep it real!! Love & Respect from Australia :-)
GREAT Video! Great Job too! Buckin', you make it look too easy.. I've learned so much watching you. That red Ford truck towards the end is Awesome!! Keep up the good work both of you!!
I seem to recall that right around New Years eve/New Years Day, there was a young fellow by the name of Buckin Billy Ray that said 2020 is going to be the year of LOVE...….who knew that you were 100% right in your prediction that LOVE would spread through the world! Everyone is checking in with their neighbors and loved ones, telling one another to stay safe, and that they are loved through all of this. And now....even the CO-OP is picking up on it! We'll get through all of this people, don't worry yourselves. PS- I'll still love to spend 1 day learning whatever I could absorb from both you and Ganges! LOL
