_"On tonight's FailRace:_ _"A truck misjudges how to get through a toll booth._ _"A Donk has a lucky escape with the rising water._ _"And Alex plays King of the Hill during a flood!"_ This was a brilliant idea, and I loved seeing Alex's attempts to keep the beast going, even with the floods. Best thing was watching his truck making an absolute mess of the police cruiser! One question - which Officer was in it: Laddo or Brazen?
I love how creative the challenges are that you guys create tbh. Like stop the beast, survive the hunt, general racing shenanigans, King of the hill, race the flood, escape the police, and so many other things aswell. Its awesome how much you can make out of driving cars!✌
I think you should only use automatics from now on. Even I'm frustrated by your gear issues & stalling screwing you over. And maybe a few hunters can be in Electric Vehicles so they can move in water to stop you. Maybe another challenge where YOU are the electric vehicle, and you have to reach areas then retreat to water where you're safe. Or be a water monster trying to drown others, while they have goals, or just trying to survive. Like some horror movie. Maybe do the flood on a dark map too? Halloween special?
Okay thoughts after watching, maybe you could also do a version that's leaning more towards the "race the flood" part of the combo and instead of having to outlast the water and hunters there is a point of the map / goal that needs to be reached and while you start at the bottom and have to race up the hunters spawn at the top and race towards you in pigeons or something (might work better on other maps). Edit: I forgot that the edit comment function is a thing now and did not need to post another comment... me smart sometimes. :)
I am impressed with all these chaotic and original game modes and challenges you come up with. Some of them might require some fine tuning, but they all seem really fun to take part in. If I had a large group of online friends, all with interest in this sort of stuff, I'd be recreating these myself all of the time.
The final iteration was definitely the best imo, would love to see more. Maybe as someone else suggested, adding some rain? Sliding fun + dramatic effect?
This is the only video I have ever heard him swear, and fittingly, it was when he was struggling to find a forward gear that would give him the power to charge through a blockade of Barbie Jeep 😂
What would be fun (and utterly broken) in this is that there used to be an SUV mod that had an extendable 20-foot snorkel, so you could just let the water rise be basically untouchable.
This one looked really fun! I think it’s the second best one after the original D-series in the Utah desert. The fire truck was a little too tough, IMO.
I think the flood is the perfect variable to add to Stop The Beast. The water needs to be a lot faster though so that there's only a handful of designated routes to follow. And the other cars should be allowed to respawn from the flood. It'll be like escaping zombie cars..
The intersection @4:28 before you ran into the toll booth, turn right. That will bring you to the dirt road that goes up the hill to the radio tower and the highest point on that map.
You had a choice… left was the mountain, right was the city. You chose the city, down hill. To the water. If you look to one side and see trees and a mountain, and you look to the other and see a volcano and a small valley. Where would you go?
The snorkel has a bug where u can still drive under water. I've tested it, and u can go all the way to the docks. All u need to do is rip the top of the snorkel off on a very high point of the map and it will still work
Sorry, but I found this one oddly infuriating and had to bail 2/3rds the way through ;). It's a neat idea, but feels self-defeating. There's almost always some way out in normal Beast, but there's a lot of driving into traps or overlooked obstacles in this one.
